Aside from it's prime location, the best part of our home is our Resort-like backyard that includes a fully covered patio area with Kamado BBQ grill, lounging chairs, smart TV, hammocks, Patio table, serving table and private boat dock with 4 longing chairs to view the boats coming and going. Inside amenities include king size beds with larger smart TV's, fully equipped kitchen to cook or bake your favorite meals and comfortable sofa and recliners for relaxing. BEDROOMS: ✓Bedroom #1: King size bed, Bathroom with walk in shower, closet, 55" inch smart TV ✓Bedroom #2: King size bed, Bathroom with Tub/Shower, closet 42" Smart TV. NOTES: *Must be 25 years or older to book. *Check in is at 4pm and must check out by 10am. *We supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher soap. *Lump Coal/Charcoal is recommended for Kamado BBQ Grill. (Charcoal not provided) *Hammocks are for relaxing. NO hard swinging! **PLEASE STAY OFF THE BOAT. Police will be dispatched if silent boat alarm is triggered. This is a charming little house located close to the beach and 1.5 miles from the heart of Las Olas Blvd. We stayed here for 3 weeks. The house could use a couple of upgrades. The couch and two of the chairs around the table are fabric and stained/soiled. This was a turn off. The tv on the deck is streaming only which was a big disappointment. The tv in the 2nd bedroom is streaming only as well. Also, the owner keeps his boat out back. The boat is on a lift and completely blocks any view of the canal and surroundings. You're just staring at the side of a boat. On the flip side, the neighborhood is terrific.

This is a beautiful spot, well maintained and well equipped. Arturo was very responsive to any questions we had. We had not spent time in the Ft. Lauderdale area in 20 years and were amazed at the changes.

Wonderful accomodations, beach is a short drive, plenty of really good places to dine and shop, just avoid spring break cause of the traffic.

Cozy house with a wonderful backyard and a beautiful waterfront view! Great location! Short driving distance to the beach. My family really enjoyed our stay. We managed to catch the amazing sunrise on our last day of our stay. Will visit again. Thank you!

This home is great for couples or a small family looking for an escape, but still want to be surrounded by plenty of activities. The location provides great access to the beach, waterways, nightlife, and countless other places to explore. And the backyard provides a quiet retreat, seemingly miles away from all the noise. Hope to return someday.

The Riviera Isles property is fantastic and I highly recommend staying. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, shops bars and restaurants. The house has every convenience you need. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pictures of the back deck and yard sold me on the reservation and did not disappoint. It was a great feature. Arturo the owner was quick to respond & answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend a stay at Riviera Isles.

The pictures online of the backyard are exactly what you would expect. Beautiful, relaxing and perfect for your morning coffee and afternoon book reading. Also good location of house, halfway to the beach and to downtown. Very happy with stay

We certainly enjoyed the area! Also, appreciated owner making arrangements for us to access the unit earlier than posted. Some of the reasons we selected this property were: Location 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom The dock on the canal The beautiful deck with its great barbeque, great lounging areas, and privacy However... We never got to use the yard at all. The deck and dock were unusable the whole time that we were there due to decks being refinished. The "grass area" was also unusable because it is astroturf and the owner did not want furniture on it as it would "bend" the turf. There were two hammocks to use but due to our age and physical condition this did not work for us. The yard was not only unusable but noisy due to the sanding and no privacy because of the workers. Multiple times we were told (or messages were left telling what time the workers were coming back but didn't show up till hours later (if at all). This caused us to have to get up early everyday in case he showed up... Between the workers and the security cameras we did not even have privacy inside as there are no curtains in the living room. We had to make sure we were presentable before going into the living room. We were excited to have use of the barbeque with the deck and dock but never got to use at all... We were resigned to using the front porch if we wanted to be outside and due to your security system felt there was no privacy. There was serious construction ongoing in the two properties across the street so it was very noisy from early morning on... Even on the weekend... I emptied the mailbox as it made it look like no one was living there. We were constantly being told when this project would be finished and usable... The workers finally arrived to put the yard back together as we were leaving at 10:00 am on January 2nd.

This is a great place to stay in Fort Lauderdale. Fabulous location… we walked to restaurants and beach frequently even though we had a car. The back deck is so relaxing. Loved sitting by the canal in the Adirondack chairs. Would definitely stay here again!

What a fabulous time we had. Arturo's home is fantastic. Located 5 minutes from the beach and close to all that Fort Lauderdale has to offer. This is a must stay location. Highly recommend a stay at the Boat House.

We had a lovely stay in this great house right on the water. The house was decorated terrific and the kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare some nice meals. The backyard was perfect for relaxing, enjoying time together and even working in paradise. This location was a 15 minute walk to the beach and we enjoyed watching the sunrise from the ocean. Everything about it was great and we would look to stay here again Thank you for making it home away from home!

1st of all Arturo was fantastic throughout the entire process! He was very friendly and accommodating and could not have asked for more. 2nd, the property is exactly what we had hoped for. Very nice, very clean and the location is absolutely perfect. We did have a car, which I would recommend, but we were 5 minutes or less to everywhere we wanted to go. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Loved vacationing at this home. Great layout, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful outdoor amenities (picnic table, adirondack chairs, grill, hammocks), gorgeous setting on the water, comfy beds and had everything we needed for a quick stay in Ft. Lauderdale. The neighborhood is gorgeous and so convenient to everything on our itinerary. We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect!

The home was beautifully situated and very close to all the restaurants and bars on Las Olas. It was comfortable and easy to navigate around. The backyard patio is spectacular for enjoying a warm summer evening. I appreciated how quickly Arturo would respond to messages. I would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed an extended stay in this home. It is on a quiet, residential street in a convenient location. Great back yard, well air conditioned, comfortable mattresses. Small, well stocked kitchen for the few nights we cooked in. Owner very responsive with quick replies. Looking forward to staying here again.

This lovely home was just perfect for our stay during Easter weekend. It was a great place to have family over on the patio. Arturo was an attentive host. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need including some bubblies in the wine fridge. I just love love love the place and can’t wait to come back.

Highly recommend!! The place is perfect - from the covered deck, well appointed interior design, comfortable bedrooms, all the necessities and seemingly “newness” of everything. Owner got right back on any needs or questions that we had. Walk to Las Olas restaurants and beach was easy and just as described. Really can’t go wrong, if we come back to area we are going to stay here again. Thanks for sharing you home with us!

Two couples enjoyed our 4 night stay here last week. We loved the deck & the pier. Inside was comfy & clean. The walk to the beach is closer to 20 minutes but it's an easy, scenic route. The host was very responsive & accommodating! Definitely recommend!

5 Star all the way this is a true gem right in the middle of all activities and dining out. Las Olas is a great area conveniently located near the beaches and all of the shops and restaurants. Arturo goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. The home is in pristine condition and you can clearly see he passionate about his property. If you ever want a place to be safe and comfortable with all the bells and whistles we strongly suggest this wonderful waterfront property.
