**COLD AIR CONDITIONING** The South Main Chalet is located in the heart of the South Main neighborhood. Only steps away from shopping, biking, hiking, fishing, or enjoying an evening at the trendy Wesley and Rose Bar at the Surf Hotel, this beautiful and modern home has all of the amenities you could ask for or want for your mountain adventure! Buena Vista is an up and coming destination hot spot in Colorado, with amenities galore and minus the crowds of other mountain towns! **Starting 11/1/23 there will be construction in the backyard. If there is construction during your stay, you will receive an automatic 10% off the nightly rate. This discount will be given during your stay as a "money back" reimbursement. Construction should be completed by 6/15/24**

Beautful area, property is a perfect location with easy walking access to all the great BV amenities. Very clean property & well stocked. Would definitely book property again. Fall is absolutely lovely in BV!

We enjoyed our stay in the South Main townhouse. The coffee bar was well stocked and the floor plan (all 3 bedrooms upstairs) worked for our group. I loved the proximity to the Surf Hotel and the river. BV is a great location for fishing (we used David who worked out of the Up River Fly Shop - he was awesome!) and is close to Mt. Princeton Spa and Resort for those who want a spa day. It's a treat to see those mountain views!

This home is perfectly located for weddings at the Surf Hotel, enjoying the river, walking to town. It's quiet, and we enjoyed many hours catching up with our family on the shaded front porch. The house is well laid out with an open living/eating area on the first floor and bedrooms upstairs. It's clean, well organized, and super comfortable.

This house is wonderful and in a new adorable neighborhood just a few short blocks from the main strip. It’s right across from the Surf Hotel and river/trails which are both amazing. The house is clean and new and stocked with all the essentials. I stayed with my son and sister but there is plenty of room for a bigger group. I highly recommend this home and am so grateful we found it!

From the proximity of the house to the Surf Hotel, to the cell phone chargers throughout the house, to the quality of the kitchen pots and pans, this was one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in.
The host was prompt in any communication. The house was very nice, and facilitated a fantastic experience in Buena Vista.
Would stay here again without any hesitation.

Wanted to find a lovely place to show a bit of Colorado that wasn’t too touristy but had a little of everything. We found the property very clean spacious and lovely location for a short stay.

We were in town to attend a family baby shower and enjoyed the weekend in this rental. The townhome is very well stocked, has a great layout and we LOVED the beds - all very comfortable. It is within walking distance of many shops, amazing restaurants and parks - so much to do, we could've stayed much longer. The open layout on the first floor was very relaxing and nice for our small group. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back. The communication and check-in was effortless, all information arrived and worked as promised. Be sure to try the home made Chai tea at Midland Stop Coffee Shop around the corner, it is the BEST!

We had an incredible time, and your place was just perfect! Well appointed and clean, the location couldn't have been better. Meals, games, general hanging out ... were enjoyed by all from the little 2 year old to the 62 year old "Pops". Thanks so much, we can't wait to return.

Great location to the river and Surf hotel, and those with babies will appreciate a master suite with a closet large enough to accommodate the pack and play! Very clean and well stocked to use the kitchen!

Our stay was great and we would highly recommend the house to anyone looking in BV! We spent a lot of time on the front porch, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook every night, the beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. The proximity to all of the fun stuff in South Main was one of the reasons we chose this house and couldn't have been happier with our decision.

Fantastic Location
We had an amazing weekend, the home is perfectly located just steps away from the river, fantastic restaurants and entertainment. Stephen was a wonderful host that made sure everything was just right. The AC was a nice surprise as well, absolutely coming back!!!

Great property with a terrific location. Home was quality, well stocked, good beds, and quick walk to the river. Easy to just lounge around and spend time with family.

Birthday weekend
This is a lovely home in the South Main development in Buena Vista. It is in walking distance to shops and restaurants in this development and not very far from the East Main area. It was well-kempt and well-supplied. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this property.

Great Location!
This house was a perfect hub for our family to spend a week hiking, mountain biking, skiing and enjoying all the benefits of the mountains! We love the location and that we can walk to the river, the parks, restaurants and coffee shop. We'll definitely be back!

I have to say this was the cutest and coziest place to stay. The host provided everything you needed and more! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!
