Nestled in Spokane, this attractive house for $99 per night is a great option for your next break. Welcome to the Billiken Inn! Perfectly located in the Gonzaga District and close to downtown Spokane. This 2 story Victorian home is newly remodeled and offers a Private Loft on the 2nd story with a keyed entry. This space features 3 bedrooms with a coffee and tea bar, kitchenette, private bathroom and is able to sleep 4 guests. Guest Access *Please note there is a flight of stairs. *Upon booking each guest will have a unique access code to the unit door for their stay. *Owner of Inn lives on the property UBI#604 815 963 Spokane Permit- Z23-603STRN The Loft... Guests will go up a set of stairs to the loft. There is a keyed entry with a private code that is changed between each guest. The loft has 3 bedrooms. First bedroom has a Queen bed, second bedroom has a Full bed and 3rd a convertible futon that turns into a full bed. There is a private bathroom. Everything is newly remodeled. I live in Logan Neighborhood and my address has a walk score of 79. It's very close to Gonzaga University and downtown Spokane. A grocery store, restaurants and bars are within walking distance of the home. Guests can walk, take a bus, bike, ride a scooter or get a car. It's very easy to access public transportation.

We are parents and grandparent of 2 Gonzaga students who were singing in the Christmas Concert. We were very comfortable in the Billiken House! It was an easy walk from the GU campus! The house is charming and has great character! Rachelle has supplied the kitchenette with thoughtful supplies of teas, coffee, snacks and bathroom with toiletries, fresh towels.......even a first aid kit! Thank you Rochelle!!

I loved how the rooms were decorated and all the plants. Made it feel so incredibly homey! Beds were very comfy, we slept great. Kitchen was well stocked. Great communication, thank you for a great stay!

The Billiken Inn was the perfect place to be for a wedding weekend. The plants and charming decorations, along with how everything was sparkling clean, made for a very warm and welcoming stay. Great location and quiet neighborhood, great communication with the owner and a very personal experience!

Clean, quiet neighborhood, home-away from home that is perfectly decorated, large enough for the family. Smooth easy check in process that is close enough to town for endless opportunities for entertaining. Highly recommend!

I couldn't park in the front, I wasn't able to get through the gate in back. So we had to walk around, it's kind of scary when it's late for my little one. Of the house was very understanding with my daughter who has autism she refused to go up the stairs to the loft apartment and was screaming and stomping and she was very patient with all that. Thank you I was so tired I just didn't have the patience to deal with any of it. But other than that it was an extremely wonderful stay beautiful place to host was fabulous. Definitely plan on coming back again thank you so much.

We were visiting Gonzaga for the weekend and enjoyed staying here. The space includes 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom and kitchen seem newly remodeled. Excellent shower. The space was so well organized and filled with lots of thoughtful nice to haves. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Gonzaga.

It was very clean and very cozy, we felt right at home! The place is beautifully done, the tile work in the bathroom is amazing, fantastic view of the peaceful little neighborhood! We loved it, and Rochelle was a very attentive host, always made sure we had what we needed! Highly recommend!

This apartment is very cute, clean, and comfortable. Well stocked with amenities and access to Wi-Fi and television for the evening. We loved all of the indoor plants and the garden outside. It is close to downtown Spokane which was convenient for our stay. Rochelle, our host, was very easy to communicate with.

Everything about the property was wonderful! Felt very homey when away on vacation. Owner was very responsive and had extra goodies out. Just a short 5 minute drive to downtown/ Spokane falls. Will definitely stay here again!
