Price is Right!! We travelled in May for one week. Most of our family live in Seattle, others live on east coast. 11 of us stayed on this property, it will hold 18 comfortably. I am partial to AC, some Seattle homes don’t have air-conditioning, this home does and it was needed. We had a 50th B-Day party with 30 people, home is plenty of room. Utilized the light rail which is walking distance from the home to travel to ballgames and downtown Seattle. There is a steep hill to walk back up to the home from the light rail station, we ordered an uber for 5.00 to take us up the hill, very well worth it. I highly recommend this property, the contact person is so very kind, will assist in any way they can. So many amenities: Game room, fire pit on veranda, 4 full bathrooms, double washer/dryers. Nice quiet neighborhood.
