Set on a large, grassy lot, this adorable home features a well-equipped full kitchen, a dining table for six for mealtimes or family game nights, and two separate living areas including one at the front of the home with a wood-burning fireplace, and a second area adjacent to the kitchen and dining area with a flatscreen TV and sliding door access out to the deck. And for sleeping arrangements, this home offers four cozy bedrooms with two easy-to-access rooms on the main floor plus two kid-friendly rooms with side-by-side twin beds upstairs. Things to Know Free WiFi Full kitchen (no dishwasher) Beach towels provided Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Beware of the rental manager Vacasa. They do a great job at coordinating and managing the payments and check ins, but we had a problem with bees infesting this house, with dozens of bees getting inside the house from behind a light switch plate and they were unresponsive and when they finally responded, they were completely unhelpful. My son is very allergic to stings and I was extremely worried. Even though I notified Vacasa as soon as we noticed the issue, they did nothing to correct the situation or to try and refund any portion of our payments for the inconvenience, there was only 2 delayed responses without any help and the second one was after we had left the property. The property itself is only “OK”: two of the four bedrooms have no AC units and can get very hot in the summer, there’s no dishwasher, and the showers are either hot (downstairs) or cold (upstairs) without the ability to control the temperatures of the water. We managed through all of that but the bees coming into the house was the last straw. For Vacasa to be so unresponsive is downright terrible — I will not rent another Vacasa managed property again in the future.

This first floor is very nice and clean. We appreciated that the 1st flr bedrooms were clran, sheets and towels were also clean. The kitchen and 1st floor bathroom seem newer. Nice layout and really nice backyard. The send floor bathroom is old and has weird door that make it difficult to get out of the bathroom. The 2nd floor bedrooms are also old and have a weird smell (could be the old carpet).

This was the perfect house for a quick family get away! My 20 year old son said he loved the house minutes after arriving! The location was quiet yet convenient and the house was spacious enough for 5 adults!

Overall we really enjoyed the home! It was a fair price and relatively close to everywhere we went. Also the backyard was great.

very easy getting into the home, plenty of room for guests to enjoy the space and very easy to get to! was clean and prepared for us to arrive on time and had everything we needed! Great place to stay for the weekend!
