Located in Falmouth, this charming house for $198 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Brand new home completed July 2014 with every comfort and amenity of home. Great location with a one block walk to Main Street restaurants and shops. Desirable proximity to all of Falmouth's fantastic beaches. There are 3 bedrooms (1 master with private bath), 2.5 baths featuring marble tiled floors, central heat & a/c, full size washer / dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, back patio area with table and seating for 8, outdoor gas BBQ grill and fire pit. Main floor has a beautiful open floor plan with an inviting atmosphere with nineteen windows. Hardwood floors throughout the house. Kitchen and living room have been combined for a wonderful open gathering room that has both a dining table and a user friendly island with plenty of seating. The property has three security cameras, each one in each entrance.

Adults and kids had a great time in this perfect, spacious, beautiful, convenient home!! Walked to playground and park, town and beach. Grocery store and park with beach were within a few miles also. We hope to return!

Our only issue with this vacation with our friends was that it was too short! We were so close to one of Falmouth's main street of quaint shops and terrific eateries. The lovely public grounds with the memorials honoring our service men and woman was certainly worth mentioning. This property was very close to several beaches as well as the bike path that runs along the coastline. Besides the beautifully decorated and comfortable interior of the house, we all enjoyed the privacy of the backyard relaxing around the firepit. This truly was a vacation to be remembered!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is immaculate. It is well designed and decorated. The host is very kind, including some snacks and creamer for coffee. The location is ideal to Main Street and the Island Queen. Thank you for offering such a great property!

The bedrooms were big enough to offer flexibility with sleeping arrangements (we easily set up both a blow up toddler mattress and pack & play for our little ones). My toddler was thrilled with the play room toy selection, and there were two high chairs. This was definitely a family friendly house and we hope to return in the future!

Roberta was great to deal with- she outlined everything we needed to know about staying at her property and was quick to respond to any questions. She notified us before we even arrived that there were some problems with the wifi so she had ordered a new router and it was there waiting for us when we arrived! She had plenty of bottled water in the fridge and a goody bag full of snacks which was very nice!
The house itself is beautiful- very clean, comfortable, and spacious. There is a nice open floorplan which allowed the family to gather in the same area while I prepared our Thanksgiving meal.
The house is in a nice area and is close to shops, restaurants, beaches, etc. Thank you Roberta for a wonderful, relaxing stay!

We made a last minute trip out to see ailing extended family members and this place was perfect. 1st Floor MB worked out great for my Mother-in-Law while my wife and one of our adult kids were upstairs. Multiple rooms for visiting in between trips out while I was able to work remotely in other locations in the house. Easy walk to main street for dinner/shopping although we often drove with my Mother-in-Law.
Falmouth as a whole was a great place to visit off season with little to no wait at restaurants and parking available. Not sure what the experience would be like during peak season

Beautiful house to celebrate our daughter’s birthday week. We have never been to Falmouth being from the West coast. We loved the proximity of the house to the quaint Falmouth town and the great beaches. You can walk everywhere including the marina to sail or catch the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Definitely would return.

We had a wonderful experience! Owners went above and beyond with little touches that made all the difference. Coffee and snacks were provided and they allowed us to check in early. We loved it and were sad to leave.
