I knew this would be a great place for our family to stay after reading so many wonderful reviews. It became obvious very quickly as to why Curt is a premiere host. We were traveling to Atlanta for a family members wedding. My mother is 89 and I sent a message to Curt asking him about stairs and the need for a walk in shower. He got back with me shortly thereafter and answered all of my questions and concerns. This house was perfect for our family of 10. We had plenty of room to move around and visit. Being able to park 4 vehicles in the back was a huge plus!! We could have easily parked a fifth one back there. The host met us there at check in and showed us around. He has recently put in a new HVAC system in which each room has its own thermostat. This was HUGE since we had hot natured as well as cold natured people in our group. From the furnished snacks on the table to the wide variety of coffee pods to select from for use in the Keurig, this house surpassed my expectations. It was clean and well taken care of. It was less than 2 miles from the wedding venue, so we never had to travel very far. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Atlanta, I would HIGHLY recommend booking this place. You'll be glad you did!!

Very centrally located, great place for a family. The only reason not 5 stars is because the street is extremely busy. But the house is vey nice. Would recommend.

My daughter, family and a few others met at the house to prepare for her upcoming marriage. It was the perfect house for the bridesmaids to get ready and the house actually looks better in person and I don't think the pictures do it justice. Beds were comfy, the Keurig was great and we LOVED the smart lock on the back door. The only downside was the house is on a super busy street and traffic and sirens woke us up - I wish it had been set back a ways on another street, but it was doable with earplugs and a fan going at night. Curtis was very responsive and let us stay an extra 30 min beyond check-out, which we appreciated. Great place!

This was a Very nice place to stay... the beds were comfy and it was very clean!! We loved that it was close to all the places we were going to!! It was only a few miles from the gardens and to the Bridgerton Experience!! The owners were very nice also. The only thing is it is hard to turn and find into the driveway...they need a flag or bigger numbers so you can find it. But other than that it was perfect. :)

Clean and great Communication.

This property was great for me and a group of friends too get together for the weekend. Super clean house with everything you need for the weekend. Parking situation is amazing, can easily fit 6 cars. Hosts were great, super responsive, checked in to make sure there was nothing else we needed and were very accommodating overall. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking.

The efficient HVAC system was a godsend during the Hotlanta temps that raged outside. The high quality washer dryer was useful to us and was in good condition like everything else at the house. The owners are highly communicative and helpful Highly reccommend!

The house can accommodate a LOT of people so it’s a great fit for a family. The owner was attentive and stayed in touch during our stay. The keyed entry made it easy to get in. In general, the interior was clean and all the little touches around the house make it clear that the owners care about renters. The bathrooms were clean and there were an ample amount of towels available for use. The kitchen was clean, well-stocked with dishes, had a coffee maker, and even coffee pods (I was thankful for that). The bedrooms were clean (some dust was visible in one of the bedrooms but not a dealbreaker from my perspective). Helpful instructions were posted throughout the house as well. The only thing I’d note as a caution is that, if you are visiting with children, please know that this house is on a busy street and we were unable to close the gate into the driveway (though the owner did offer to stop by and show us how to do it). On the plus side, there is a private driveway and a lot of space to park your car (or two or three) so you don’t have to worry about parking. I can see myself staying here again.
