Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood just steps away from Willits Town Center, restaurants, retailer stores, and a short drive from Aspen/Snowmass. THE PROPERTY: - Three-floor townhome with a one car garage. The main entrance to the townhome sits at the top of the covered stairs. You can also enter through the garage by walking through bedroom #3. - First floor: Garage and entrance to bedroom #3 with a private bathroom and exit to outdoor patio and lake. Bedroom #3 furnished includes king bed, dresser, and has access to private full bathroom. - Second floor (main floor): Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Dining area sits 6 people. Couch in living room pulls out to a queen bed – linen for this bed will be found in laundry closet. Access to balcony. - Third floor: Bedroom #1 furnished with a king bed, dresser and includes full private bathroom. Bedroom #2 furnished with queen bed and closet. There is a full bathroom outside bedroom #2. This floor also includes laundry closet where you will find washer/dryer, laundry detergent, drying sheets, and additional linen for the beds. *This townhome can sleep up to 6 people. PARKING: Garage fits one car and ONLY ONE car may be parked outside garage. There is extra guest parking by the entrance to the neighborhood. NEIGHBORHOOD: - Willits Town Center is a mile away. There you will find plenty of shops and great restaurants. In the summers they host a Tuesday Farmers Market. - Historic Downtown Basalt is a short 10-minute drive where you will find more shops and restaurants. ACTIVITIES: - Aspen/Snowmass skiing is a short drive. There are 4 mountains to choose from: Ajax (Aspen), Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass. - Sunlight mountain is location in Glenwood Springs and is about a 40-minute drive. - There are multiple biking trails in Basalt, Aspen, and Snowmass. The Rio Grande Trail connects Aspen to Glenwood. - Roaring Fork River is great for fishing and a 10-minute drive. - Free Summer Concert in Snowmass every Thursday and usually begins in June and goes until Labor Day. TRANSPORTATION: - Easiest way to get around is by car. However, there is a bus stop (Sagewood) a 10 minute walk from the house (note: in the winter, this walk feels a lot longer, especially if you’re carrying skies/snowboards). The bus to Aspen/Snowmass runs about every 30 minutes, starting at 5am, this is subject to change. Check bus schedule by googling: "RFTA bus schedule roaring fork" - Distances: Aspen (25-30 min drive); Snowmass Village (20-25 min drive); Carbondale (15-20 min drive); Glenwood (25 - 30 min drive). These times subject to change based on traffic. - Note: The bus accommodates skis/snowboards and bikes.

My husband and our two kids stayed in Marta’s townhome, and it was absolutely perfect. The location is great- walking distance to a park/playground and some restaurants and shops. It’s also right off the highway for easy access to downtown Basalt and Aspen. The townhome itself was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Hopefully we will make our way back to this area and stay at Marta’s again!

The condo and the surrounding Willits area were great! The entire Aspen/Carbondale/Basalt/Glenwood Springs area was gorgeous!

The three level condo was very clean and well decorated. The host instructions were very accurate and we had no trouble with anything. It was nice to have a garage when it snowed on the first day. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very quiet. I would highly recommend this rental for skiing in Aspen.

This property was in a great location near Willits center. It was in between our friends’ house in Carbondale and Aspen/Snowmass. Which is what we wanted. The townhome is exactly as it was described. Overall a great stay, would recommend. Minor issues were communicated to the property manager who was responsive.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere near the Wilits Center...lot's of walking paths and green grass, walk to store, coffee, etc. Townhome looks exactly like the photos. Overall really nice, except for a few minor maintenance things, like the ice maker wasn't working, upper stairs bedroom side table lamps did not work but later on they worked, etc. Property manager answered all questions prior to our stay; no issues.

Stayed at the condo for 1 week. Clean, well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. FYI there is no bathroom on the main floor. We did not have the access code at time of agreed check in and had trouble contacting owner. We sat outside for 2 hours waiting for a response, concerned, as she had removed her site from VRBO. After she called, a text with codes arrived an hour after we were in. On arrival we found that did not have lights or power in the master bedroom. Contacted owner and she said it would be fixed. It was, a week later, on the morning we left. Overall, the place was very nice with attention to details. The check in issues could have been easily avoided if the codes were provided as promised and/ or the owner responding sooner.
