There is a patio that over looks a large yard, and an equestrian center that is located behind the home. Horses are typically in view and you will occasionally see foxes. The living room has plenty of seating room with a couch and loveseat for viewing the 55 inch smart TV that is mounted above a natural wood burning fireplace. Basic Cable TV is available and WiFi for utilizing your streaming accounts. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, cookware, and everything you will need to prepare your own meals. The equestrian center behind the house is nice, it makes the house very private and it's fun to see the horses, however, sometimes you can smell the horses outside. We never smell them inside but occasionally outside. We don't allow any smoking on the premises. - There is only one bathroom. - There is a laundry room, it has not been remodeled but the washer and dryer work.
