Nestled in Beech Mountain, this attractive house for $274 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to Aspen Acres, a spacious cabin in the heart of Beech Mountain. Take a break from reality and surround yourself with loved ones and nature. Whether you're hitting the slopes or hiking trails, you'll have a tranquil place to call home during your stay in the Pisgah National Forest. Cozy up next to the fire pit fore some s'mores, relax in the hot tub, and say hello to the neighborhood deer. Anything is possible at Aspen Acres. This house is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house close to slopes, 1.5 miles. Main floor has master with King size bed and master bath, half bath, and great room with new Pottery Barn sofa and loveseat (January 2021) and beautiful stone fireplace. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen) and one full bathroom. Loft has twin bed. The 4th bedroom is in basement with full bath. There is also a futon in the basement den along with a 65” TV. 3 of the bedrooms have TVs as well. Kitchen is equipped and includes coffee maker, Keurig, and crockpot. Our home also has A/C and central heat.

We had two families with young children staying at this house and it was perfectly set up for that. Two king beds are a huge benefit as were having two living room spaces - plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the time we were in the house. Pack and play and high chair at the house, so you save room in your car when packing. We had everything we needed and the house was clean when we arrived.

Enjoyed it!! Especially the deer that came to visit us everyday. Grands and adults all loved that!! They ate blueberries out of our hands! Only recommendation I would make is have more towels for larger families. We used the hot tub too so everyone needed towels for that too. If that isn’t an option then let renters know to bring extra or beach towels for the hot tub. Thanks so much!

The house was very nice, definitely large enough for our girls trip, 7 of us. Everything was well stocked, hot tub was great. Plenty of deer around to admire. Would definitely return for another trip.

This residence was perfect and exceeded our groups expectations! We were a friends group of 7 women. The house, the upscale amenities, the cleanliness (spotless and very clean)…everything was perfect (and I’m particularly fussy lol). The pics on VRBO don’t do it justice. We cannot wait to return!

First and foremost, the host was super friendly and available to help; however, a few things about the house need some updating. The great room is beautiful and was perfect for our group but the fireplace and TV were not working properly. The microwave was not working during our stay and it was just a little inconvenient. Overall our stay was nice, the property is beautiful and I would love to stay again once the minor improvements are made.

Charter Hills VRBO was a true delight, very clean, spacious, and a well-planned layout for multiple families traveling together. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils, and dishes f or up to ten people. While there weren't any mountain-top, long range views, the cabin's location was very quiet in its forest setting with lots of interesting wildlife, including numerous deer, wild turkeys and even an albino skunk. Kudos to the hot tub maintenance crew for the cleanest hot tub we've ever experienced.

This is second time we’ve rented this great property! Quiet area on cul-de-sac; rooms/beds/bathrooms, to accommodate several guests; well- equipped kitchen; hot tub; nice wrap around deck & front porch; downstairs game area. We are already looking forward to next year!

Our only complaint is that the upstairs bathtub didn't drain; and all the bathrooms, with the exception of the master, seemed very dark. Other than that, we LOVED the home! It was very clean and we had room to be separate when needed. Enjoyed the visits from the deer!! The weather was so nice we didn't need the AC.

Home is absolutely gorgeous and well laid out. We were a family of six and we’re not on top of each other. The kitchen is very large with plenty of cookware and accessories. The hot tub was great and the kids loved the basement area. The whole house truly was perfect and even better yet was the cleanliness of the home. Super, super clean! The host was attentive and friendly. I can’t say enough positive and good about our experience with the host and home!

Had a fun week. Enjoyed the many hiking trails on the mountain itself as well as Grandfather Mountain, Elk River Falls, Linville Falls/Cavern, and white water rafting on the Watauga. Beautiful home and beautiful area to vacation!

Our family was gathering for the first time in tree years and as the parents and grandparents of this group,”we wanted everyone to be happy and enjoy our accommodations and each other. This house was fabulous for all the ages 5 - 75.! We loved the spaciousness and charm and the host and her husband met all our needs in the most gracious ways. Thanks for a great stay !

Beautiful property, great location. We skiied at nearby Sugar and Beech mountains. The kids loved the hot tub, the fire pit, the foozball table, there were even sleds. We got lucky and the area had a good snowfall the day before we arrived so it was a winter wonderland. My cell phone had no service in most of the Beech mountain area but luckily the house has great strong WiFi. The house was just as described, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This was perfect for an extended family get-away. Grand Kids had plenty of space to run around and they really enjoyed the deers cruising past the yard every day! Would recommend it for a quiet relaxing family get-away!
