It is beautifully furnished for all the comforts of home and all the luxuries of a coastal getaway complete with a large front deck with awesome tall deck chairs for views of the ocean and an outdoor dining area. The spacious fully equipped gourmet kitchen has everything you could need and the extras you want. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, all your cooking utensils, spice rack, abundant seating options and your choice of drip or Keurig coffee. Upstairs LOFT bedroom sleeps 8. Great for kids! There are 2 Queen beds and 2 twin trundle beds complete with a full bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Blue Footed Booby! The house was clean and well equipped. They had everything we needed and the listing let us know we needed to bring beach stuff (towels, chairs and toys. Although there were a lot of beach toys left from other visitors). They were on fire when it came to replying to our messages! Super fast! The tv remote control was MIA and within 20 minutes a new one was delivered! Thank y’all so much!

We had a very lovely stay at a beautiful home well-kept very clean very enjoyable. The communication was fantastic timely emails. The kids loved it. The grandkids had a blast and us grandparents really enjoyed the family time in that home and the view was phenomenal. Great access to the beach. Will consider coming back again.

The house and property were very nice. It was a little off the beaten path so not as packed on the beach as other houses we've stayed in on peninsula before which was nice with little ones. The only complaint anyone in our group really had was that the house definitely feels every little footstep and sways with you and we've stayed in swaying houses before but this one really does. :)

This home was perfect for the 15 of us. The kitchen and living room space were perfect for allowing us to dine together. The easy access to the beach was a huge plus! Outdoor shower and foot wash helped so much to prevent sand from being tracked in. Neighbors were nice and beach was clean. I will definitely be booking again for the summer.

The communication with the property manager was perfect always returning emails and answering call. The home was spotless, spacious and the view is breathtaking. We had a large get together for Thanksgiving here and the kitchen had so many dishes, utensils and pans that we didn't need to even bring our own things. Wonderful memories were made here during our stay and we can't thank you enough for that.

Had a great experience and would love to stay there again! Owner needs to have a exterminator come in 2x a month and spray for roaches and mosquitoes, but other than that it was fantastic!! Everything you need but beach towels

Overall excellent property right on the beach. Well-equipped. Often had the beach to ourselves (second week of August, weekdays). Minor items included icemaker not working, master bathroom door sticks shut. Was very satisfied.

The house was very nice, well equipped and clean. A short walk to the beach. Views from the deck were outstanding. Management was very easy to work with. We ranged in age, 2 up to 73 years young. Family loved it and would definitely do it again. Thank you Blue Booby!

The house exceeded our expectations: literally just a short walk over one dune to get to the beach; a wonderful deck with lots of seating and a great view of the beach; a clean, uncrowded beach; and a clean and well-stocked house! Our big family had plenty of beds and bathrooms.
