Central location, friendly staff (who also speak English), good breakfast, heated rooms & hot water to shower
Wool blankets on beds were not freshly washed, small carpets next to the beds were dirty, swimming pool and jacuzzi were rather cold, common areas smelled liked fresh paint

Great hotel to stay in in Uyuni. The room was lovely, as is the whole hotel. The staff was amazing too and they have a laundry service.
Loved having the heated pool as we had a day to kill in Uyuni before our salt flats tour, and there's nothing really to do in Uyuni.
The attached restaurant is also great, and means you don't have to venture into the cold for dinner. They also provide a buffet breakfast which was okay.
For a hotel that is quite expensive, I would have expected a much better shower. It's takes a while to heat up which is fine, but I think the shower head just needs replacing (not good pressure and water goes everywhere).

Shower has good pressure. Breakfast is nice.
1. The windows are inwards thus the room has no circulation at all. There was no fan or AC. It was too hot for me to fall asleep in December.
2. We saw a mouse running.
3. What upsets me the most is that I was charging my camera battery when I was out during the day. However, the cleaning stuff used my charger to charge her own phone instead, leaving my batteries uncharged. I found it out because her phone was still charged in my room when I was back. This is really unprofessional.
