This rental is full of comfy couches, games for the kids, 4 king-sized master suites, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could want! With a dining table that can seat 16, and additional bar seating for 4, your group will enjoy making memories around the table after a long day exploring all that Desert Color has to offer! While your rooftop deck with a private hot tub and TV will hold your attention for a time, be sure to leave time to saunter over to The Shores Resort for a little more fun! At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community! Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm. Additionally, while staying in this property as our Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, Sand Hollow Golf, and more! We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. It was very nice. There are fun things around to do. The lagoon and beach were not open and they were building the pickle ball courts still so those would have been nice to use. But we got a discount for them not being available. The house was nice and accommodating but we had a bad situation with ants. They got into a lot of our food and we reached out to the property managers and they responded but we still had ants until we left. Hopefully they can get that taken care of. They were good to compensate us a bit for our loss of food and inconvenience. We would recommend Red Rock to others.
