Located in Port Aransas, this charming house for $1,200 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Sea the View has 270 degree views of the beach, ocean, waterways, and bay. The unobstructed ocean view is beautiful! The 3-story home contains over 3000 sq. feet, has 6 bedroom, 6 baths, 2 large wrap around decks, 1 sun deck, and 1 large covered patio. Each floor may be rented separately or in combination. Each floor has an ocean view. Formerly VRBO listing 412318. The 3-story home contains over 3500 sq. feet. The third floor has 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 2 baths (one with a jacuzzi tub), a wet bar area with full-sized refrigerator, dining area, living area, and incredible views from its covered deck and its sun deck. Additionally, each kitchen and 3rd floor wet bar, is fully equipped with coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, ice maker, toaster, blender and is fully stocked with dishware, glassware, cookware, bakeware, and silverware. High speed WI-FI internet is available throughout. Laundry is available. Sterilized Pack N’ Play, Portable high chair, and stroller are available upon request. The second floor has 2 queen bedrooms, 1 king bedroom, 3 baths, a full kitchen with a seated island, dining area, living area, and spectacular views from the large wrap-around covered deck. The first floor guest suite has 1 queen bedroom with flat screen TV with a Roku player, 1 bath with granite counter tops, ADA compliant shower, living area with flat screen TV, a full kitchen with granite counter tops, and a built-in banquette. The living area has a desk space that can be used as a remote working space or the desk folds down into another queen sized Murphy Bed if additional beds are needed. A large covered patio with ocean views is accessible from the suite. The living areas and all bedrooms have smart flat screen TVs. The beach is a short 2 minute walk on the boardwalk next to the home. Neighborhood amenities include pool, large hot tub, and a park area. You are in town, so you can drive by golf cart. Neighborhood amenities are available to Sand Point owners and guests only. Sea the View is located in-town, faces the beach, is adjacent to the neighborhood’s beach walk, and overlooks the heart of SandFest. Sea the View is conveniently located within 5 minutes of restaurants, entertainment, shopping, fishing, bird and dolphin watching, the City of Port Aransas Marina, the ferry landing, and La Palmilla Golf Course.

My husband & I along with 4 other couples totaling 95 yrs of marriage get together every September for fellowship & relaxation. The property was very accommodating for our stay. There were a few cleaning mishaps that were immediately corrected. Thanks to the property contact. The sectional on the main floor definitely needs to be replaced it is very worn a true eye sore. OAN if minor changes & touch ups are made we will look forward to utilizing this property again.

Having 3 sleeping levels was so convenient when my family gathered for their yearly family vavaction. This home accomodated 4 couples and 2 adult indiduals in rooms and bathrooms of their own. Perfect!!!

Nice house, great location for walking to the beach. Suzanne is very responsive and hospitable. We had a few minor issues come up (air mattress leak, a door handle and oven panel breaking). Suzanne responded very quickly and had a handyman over within 30 min. Things happen and Suzanne handled these great. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We really enjoyed this property and will stay again. The bottom floor is it’s own apartment separate from the main house. Worked out very well as we had a couple that had to leave for a few hours and come back in the middle of the night.

16 of us stayed at this property for Thanksgiving 2022. A few more came to Thanksgiving dinner but the main crew were the 16 family members ranging from 94 years-old all the way down to a five-month old. The property worked quite well for all of us. The kitchens and refrigerators on each floor were key to a successful Thanksgiving meal for everyone. The property is very nice and was very much like it was advertised to be. We really enjoyed our stay there and plan on staying again next Thanksgiving. My nieces have already begun planning on a couple of summer beach stays at the property with some of their friends. Overall, we were very happy with the property and our stay there!! We would recommend to friends and family!!

We had a fantastic time. We were there to celebrate two family birthdays and the house was perfect. The location, the cleanliness, the decor, all wonderful. Would definitely book this house again. And very happy with communication with management. Didn’t need to contact them at all after they made sure we had checked in, what a breeze!

Great location that gives you quick access to the beach, plenty of room for everyone ( we had 15 people), love all the outdoor patios. I would suggest taking extra dish towels as there were only 2 in each kitchen and all purpose cleaner to help with cleaning kitchen counters.

All You Need
All you need to bring for this home is fun, food, and family. This property far exceeded our expectations. The property location is perfect. The supplies for the kitchen, laundry, and trash needs were the best I have ever experienced.
We took our family here for to Port A as their 2021 Christmas present. They loved it so much they’ve asked for this again next year. We are already looking at date option to return. We had 5 couples and 5 children. We had more than enough room for us to spread out for privacy and large common areas for gatherings. We are in our mid 60’s and even though there are several flights of stairs, it was very manageable.
The care the owner puts into their home, communication, and directions are superb. You can’t go wrong in selecting this property for your trip to Port A.

Great House and fun location. We brought down 8 young men and the size and setup of the house are perfect for a pretty big group. Easy access to the beach and 50 yard walk over to the only restaurant on the beach. Great seafood btw.

Perfect Beach Getaway
We celebrated New Year’s on the beach with friends and this most amazing house. The home is spacious, clean, and the kitchen is very well equipped with anything we needed for cooking for our big group. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to stay again.

Beautiful home, wonderful view. Had everything that we needed at our fingertips. We had 17 people in our party with guests for one day, during the day, and it was very accommodating for our party.
