Great stay. We got to see the sunrise every morning! We hated to leave. Everything was perfect. Only thing I’m sad about is we can’t come back next year to the same unit because it got booked before we were able to rent for next year.

Can’t speak highly enough about Deverra Destin-y. Mandy is absolutely amazing to work with and so helpful. The room is absolutely stunning with the most beautiful views. Very spacious and a great balcony to relax on! The room comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella which was amazing. There are also beach toys and things for the kids already in the room. Minutes away from any shopping or restaurants. We literally can’t express how much fun we had! It was also such a blessing that the resort is very strict on not having tents blocking views bc so many parts of the beaches were clearly overcrowded and ours was just perfect. They also do a fun bonfire weeknights and the kids loved that! Thanks for having us! We will be back!

Surfside 1205 had a surprisingly well stocked kitchen with any appliances you needed was available. Bedding and seating areas were very comfortable. Forget some beach toys, even those are available. Owner real easy to work with answering any necessary questions. Convenience to ocean, provided beach chairs, and on-site resteraunt a plus.

Wow what a gorgeous condo! The view was amazing! Deverra-Desin y was very well appointed, well stocked with all our needs! I fell in love the minute I came through the door! The interior design was so updated and yet cozy and made it a truly comfortable get away! We enjoyed dining on the patio at night . Candles and the view was so romantic! ♥️

Beautifully decorated condo with gorgeous view of the gulf. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. Beach bar and pool were awesome. The umbrella and chair service was great.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is amazing, and the views from the condo are breathtaking. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We particularly enjoyed watching the sun rise from the balcony. A major perk is the reserved chairs and umbrella on the beach. We loved our stay and will definitely be back with our family! Thank you for being exceptional hosts and for your hospitality!

This was an amazing stay. Two of the biggest benefits of staying here are 1- the cross walk to the private beach and 2-the onsite restaurant. There are other great benefits like the view and the owner. Amazing views- we saw the largest pod of dolphins. And we watched dolphins from the balcony almost daily. The owner is attentive and easy to contact and responsive. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The chairs in living area are awesome. Oh and the free beach chairs and umbrella. So cool. I am extremely picky about beds due to spine issues, the beds in the two bed room are perfect. I will suggest if you run hot, bring an oscillating fan as the two bed room does not get as cool as the rest of the condo. There is a small fan in the condo but it doesn’t oscillate.

Very comfortable condo, everything we would need for a month and a half was furnished. My favorite space was the balcony. Beautiful sunrises and saw dolphins 15 times. Great view of the gulf. Enjoyed the pool, 2 hot tubs, restaurant and bar on the beach. Our stay here was Paradise!

This 2 BR, 2BA condo is comfortable and spacious. Of course, the views are unbelievable from every window. The owners have thought of everything including beach towels, throw blankets, a fully stocked kitchen and smart TV's. Mandy makes the checkin and checkout process easy. We will definitely be back in the future!

Great stay
We had an amazing time at Mandy and Otto's place. We ended up coming a day late and since the front desk was not open on Sunday both Mandy and Otto were super helpful in making sure we were able to get to the beach and enjoy the start of our trip! Place was as advertised, super clean and well kept. Beds were SUPER comfortable. Thanks!

Just like the pictures!
Often, the pictures of a property are enhanced or taken in a certain way that makes it look better than it actually is. Believe it or not, this property EXCEEDED the beautiful pictures shown. This was just an incredible trip in every way. We drove from Syracuse, NY and were amazed at the ease of traffic both ways. The beautiful property with the huge, roomy balcony, and amazing views from awakening to bed was absolutely perfect. There was so much to do and all close by. Love the beach bar, and also walked to Surf Hut on one side and The Whale's Tail on the other. Also, it was wonderful not having to lug chairs and umbrella's to the beach and back. We had a fun filled vacation, and still need to go back to check out the Sport's Deck, hot tub, Spa, and so much more. Thank you Mandy and Otto for sharing your place with us!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous! My family and I just fell in love with the panoramic views in both bedrooms and from the living room. We have 3 kids so we needed something spacious and homey and we got just that! The private beach with drink service was a highlight.

#1205 Surfside Resort is paradise
Condo was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, workout room, restaurant, beach bar and bonfires on the beach. Very large balcony with wonderful view of the ocean. We saw dolphins almost everyday. Beds were very comfortable. Very close to many restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful time and have already reserved for next year. Would highly recommend this condo at Surfside Resort.

First time in the Destin area and I must say being fromNC, this beach has definitely spoiled me! From the condo I stayed in all the way to the beautiful Emerald Coast. The condo was exactly as expected, clean, roomy and conveniently located. I really enjoyed waking up to the beautiful sunset beaming. I will definitely be back.

Girls yearly getaway
This property was perfect. Beautiful condo with perfect views, roomy, Clean, and well stocked. Pool hot tub area were fantastic. The on-site restraunt was fantastic. Great beach access. Secure area. Beach bar with great atmosphere. Bonfire on the beach every Friday and Monday. I could go on and on.
This is a must rent condo if visiting this area

CLEAN GET-AWAY IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD
The condo was immaculate, the kitchen well-stocked, but best of all was the large balcony overlooking the ocean. The outdoor furniture was comfortable. I enjoyed my coffee every morning looking out over the water.
There was a minor issue with a banging/clicking noise around the dryer. The owner was very responsive. We highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful property
The property was just as listed. It was very clean with great views of the beach. Had wifi issues initially but this was quickly resolved.
The only issues was a periodic banging in the wall by the washer/dryer that was somewhat irritating when you awoke in the night. The exhaust fan in the owner's bathroom also did not work. Neither issue was a major concern however.

Just right!
We had a blast and this location is just what we needed! Having experienced renting at other very disappointing properties Lana's place upheld all expectations! I couldn't think of anything that needed to change. The convenience of having the pool right next to the skywalk over to the beach was awesome and so great corralling our kids and not worrying about traffic. The room is also close to the elevator so you don't have to drag all your beach stuff for very long. Tv's are all set up and easy to access, having a washer and dryer in the condo was imperative for our stay! If you have small kids and are driving maybe bring some sturdy dowels to keep the 3 sliding doors closed for peace of mind, we barricaded the doors each night just so our kids didn't get any ideas about going out on the patio if they woke before us. We will definitely look into this place again if we come back to Miramar again! The beaches were SO clean and the water crystal clear!
