About this condo rental
Nestled in Ridgedale, this lovely condo for $225 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Come relax and enjoy Branson and Table Rock Lake! There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths to comfortably accommodate your entire crew. The condo is a walk in level unit so there are no stairs to go up or down and it is located on the end of the complex so it's just a very short walk to the Marina and pool. The kitchen has newer granite countertops. There are flat screen HDTV TVs in all three bedrooms and the living room. The enclosed sunroom has a view of Table Rock Lake. There is so much more to enjoy. There is NO outdoor grill. We have tried to remove it from our listing but some people are still seeing it. The insurance company made us remove the grill from the property. While staying in Emerald Bay you will find yourself just a short drive from all of the Branson attractions. But if you are just coming to enjoy the beauty of Table Rock Lake, you can get here without fighting any of the Branson traffic. If you are bringing a boat, there are two boat trailer storage/parking options adjacent to the property, and a boat ramp within rock throwing distance of the condo. Branson Landing is only 9.6 miles, the Outlet Malls are 11 miles, Silver Dollar City is just 14 miles away. Most of the shows are only 10 or 15 minutes away. And let's not forget the world class trout fishing at Lake Taneycomo that is less than 10 minutes away. Come and unwind while you enjoy what Branson and Table Rock Lake have to offer!

Perfect for what we needed. Close to SDC. Near the landing for shopping. Confortable beds. Would maybe suggest a couple decks of cards to keep on site. (Forgot ours). Would definitly stay here again.

There was a glitch with getting in the gate of the property. Looked like they may be redoing the system? Had to contact security every time we came back. I reckon that to some degree made it a bit safer; if you don't have the right answers, you don't get in! The grounds were nice and well kept. The condo was nice and clean, quite spacious. Great spot for a get away. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the Branson area. Really great for people wanting to be close to the lake.

There were six of us total, all adults, and it was the perfect property to stay in for a couple of days to enjoy Table Rock lake, Branson and all the Big Cedar dining options. Owner was great at communicating and genuinely cared about us having a good time, which is awfully rare. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Residence was as described, space for 3 generations!
Kitchen was well equipped, we spent 5 days and never ate out! Proximity to lake was a short walk, pool was perfect and never crowded.

We came for a wedding. My 2adult kids, husband and his parents. The condo was perfect for the 6 of us with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Plus on one level for my in laws. Great porch to sit on get some views of the lake. Well stocked kitchen with anything you needed and plenty of towels. Even had shampoos and soap. Highly recommend!!

We love this place! We have been renting this unit for a long time and it feels like home to us. We love how nicely it is kept and all the special touches that the owners have thought of to make it very livable at our home away from home. The 3 full bathrooms are so nice. We also appreciate the pantry items and spices that help to reduce all the things we need to pack. It is very convenient to get to and is just a beautiful place to stay. We enjoy our family vacations here and then spend hours and days pondering the blessings and memories of the treasured time spent together with the ones we love. Thank you! We will be back again soon!

The kitchen had food crumbs on counter and was dirty. The floors wasnt vacuum. You can clearly see that. Would perfer walkin showers for seniors. Steep tub and other bath had alot of soap scrum on floor of tub.

Three bedrooms & 3 baths plus a sunporch was great for 6 of us. Everything we needed like kitchen supplies, and extra blankets & pillows was supplied. Good ac and wifi. The hosts were easy to contact. Thanks.

Location was great. All units had an enclosed patio which sucks when you want to sit outside and enjoy the lake views but you can't. No boat parking at a lake? This should be a no-brainer when at a lake. Nosey, Karen neighbors in this area. No recycling. Boat launch was very easy and the staff were friendly. Our units was spacious and easy. Fully stocked with essential stuff with lots of extras.

Absolutely will stay here again. Dont worry about it not being right off the strip. You're within 15min on an easy trip to downtown Branson. Restaurants and grocery/kwik shop are within 5 min. Condo itslef is very quiet, great furniture, well stocked, and maintained. Owners are fantastic. Grab this condo if you can!

Condo is nice! Has everything you need for the kitchen. Has a washer and dryer, I don't like taking home dirty clothes😊 We didn't leave the area, if you want to, things are convenient to the location. Walk the area so you see all of that beautiful lake!

This was our first stay at this location but it will not be our last. The property was absolutely excellent. It was very clean, the decor was updated and attractive, and the neighbor was very nice. The bedrooms were great as were the 3 bathrooms. We had 4 adults and 2 teen age grandsons on the trip and the property was plenty big enough for us all. The screened in back porch was also very nice. Lots of space and chairs out there as well. I loved the 1st floor access and close parking. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, plates and glasses. This set up was exactly what we needed and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thanks to the owners for providing such a nice place for our family to stay.

All the comforts of home
We had a family vacation with our adult kids. 6 of us felt comfortable and each bedroom had our own bathroom which was perfect for the ages of our kids and their friends. The owner has done a fantastic job of ensuring you have all the comforts of home. Tons of stuff in the cabinets that they never mention that helps in case you need it. Way too many perks to mention! We would highly recommend and will stay again at this property! Thank you!

Table Rock Getaway
This property was perfect for our needs. The convenience of being right on the water, with access to a marina, boat storage was amazing. The marina could of used a few improvements with their process but it was fine for a few days at the lake. The property was comfortable, clean, and met all of our needs. Thanks for a great stay.

Girls Trip
The property was great! The only issue that we had was discussed with the owner about the cleaning and he is going to address the issue. Other then that all went well as we only needed a place to sleep and shower. :)

The location was great for easy access to all the fun of Branson. Pool was clean and not crowded. Kitchen is well stocked to cook for a family. Great set up for a family with kids. Love that it was a walk in with no stairs to have to carry luggage or little ones up and down! Highly recommend the property. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars on cleaning was that under the beds in the kids room was dirty with trash, owners where very responsive to our communication about it and have planned to address with the cleaning company. We plan to stay again in the future!

Excellent Place to Stay
We loved this condo. It’s so roomy and perfect for a big family. It was very well stocked and had everything you could need. Had a bit of a snafu where we woke up and the carpet in dining area was soaked. A pipe had broken in the night in one of the bathrooms and ran all night. We called the owner immediately and he told my husband how to turn off the main valve to stop the water until plumber came. Once the plumber got it fixed the restoration company came in. The owner himself drove 4 hours to make sure that we were taken care of. Him and his wife felt so bad that they refunded our entire stay.. We can’t wait to stay there again. If you fish or have a boat there is a beautiful lake right down the road from condo. You can see the lake from the enclosed back patio.. Again yes we had that pipe break, but we still really enjoyed our stay. Larry the owner is a wonderful caring man..

The property had 3 bedrooms with 2 kings 1 double and 1 twin with 3 bathrooms. It had a dining room table to hold everyone, however the kitchen is very small with no cabinet space to cook for the capacity that the space holds. There is no real lake access. Do not expect to be able to park your boat there as the slips are not rentable and private dock only. No swimming or fishing off the dock is permitted. For being advertised as on the lake is a bit misleading as you cannot have a true lake experience. The pool is not heated and there are no grills allowed on the property. The property isn't close to Branson. It was a very nice apartment very clean but the location just is not what we expected.
