The only thing that will be different about the unit being pre-assigned is that you will not be able to make a request for a specific location preference within the resort. ** The state of Hawaii assesses an occupancy tax payable to the resort at checkout ranging between $10 and $24 per night based on the occupied villa type. ** Please make sure to check local travel requirements before you book and before you leave. ** At the neighboring property, The resort’s Molokai, Maui, and Lanai towers will be undergoing a significant villa refurbishment and plumbing infrastructure renovation project, which is currently anticipated to take place approximately June 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025. This work will occur daily between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. HST, and there will be construction noise, including noise from demolition, operating machinery, and carpentry. There may be intermittent impacts to resort amenities during the project.
