- We have a 60 day cancellation policy. Travelers who cancel at least 60+ days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 31 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

House was perfect for four adults to stay in the Yellowstone area and travel into the park each day, but far enough from town to experience the peace and quiet while away from town. We saw bison, elk, foxes, and a hawk all from the comfy confines of the house.

My husband and I and two boys stayed here three nights. Loved all the extras provided by the host. Laundry was conveniently just outside our door. I assumed it would be coin operated since we share with other families in duplex—it was free! The host also provided detergent and drier sheets which was a nice bonus. House was clean and had everything we needed (coffee filters) and more. About 10 minutes from West Yellowstone restaurants and shops. Recommend the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center. 15 minutes from west gate to park. It was nice sitting on back porch in the mornings drinking coffee listening to the birds. My favorite was watching the three baby foxes play across the street. If we return, will definitely stay here again!

Very great quiet place. Rustic cozy furniture - well equipped kitchen - great location 15min to the park entry - great support from the owner/manager of the place. - if you are quiet and lucky, you can see red fox, marmot, and a lot of wildlife all around.

Liked the property in general with the Bison that visited daily. Very convenient to the west entrance to Yellowstone. Was not a fan of the road condition to the home. There was some cleanliness issues and they could update the bathroom shower. Could also update the commode to one that sits a little higher - hard to get down to for us old folks.
