The Space:

Perched on a knoll with unobstructed, breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks, this fantastic house offers a south-facing deck, hot tub, and gas grill for year-round outdoor relaxation. One dog is allowed. Guests can use the free, on-demand First Tracks shuttle to the base area, or walk to the end of Whetstone Rd at Columbine Condos to ski down Warming House Hill.



Inside, the open living area is bright and spacious. The kitchen impresses with high-end appliances—an oversized fridge/freezer with digital display and ice/water dispenser, a double oven, Frigidaire range with hood vent, farm-style sink, and generous counter space—plus a pantry, separate laundry room, and a rear-entrance storage room for ski gear and bikes. A queen bedroom off the kitchen has private access to a full bath with natural stone tile. The dining table seats 6, with 4 more barstools at the island and an additional bar-height table for dining or games. New couches, chairs, and a full-size shuffleboard round out the living space, alongside a cozy den with a sectional sofa, stone gas fireplace, and large smart TV.



Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, a daybed with twin trundle, and expansive views, along with a luxurious ensuite bath featuring a walk-through travertine shower, freestanding soaking tub, walk-in closet, double sinks, and in-floor heat. Three more bedrooms—one queen, one twin-over-full bunk (adjoining via a sliding barn door), and one king—share a large full bathroom with a tub.



New wood-style flooring, stylish lighting, and upscale furnishings throughout make this a truly luxurious mountain retreat.



Four Wheel Drive Vehicle Necessary in Winter months!! There is outdoor parking for 4 vehicles. Parking is allowed up at the house ONLY.  Not in the lot below the house.



The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.



This is a pet friendly property. You are welcome to bring one dog and will be charged a separate pet fee at the time of booking. This property does allow 1 well behaved dog, no additional dogs are allowed.  A fee for any excessive damage caused by your pet may be assessed on a case by case basis.



Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you.  If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email.

Getting Around:

You will need a 4WD or AWD vehicle to get up this driveway in the winter. There is a free, on demand, van service in Mt CB that will pick you up at the end of the driveway at the property.
