About this house rental
Comfortable family home with 4 bedrooms. Great layout, plenty of space to spread out. Large game room on the lowest floor with pool table, ping pong table, and a big screen tv. This property is on the market and you may be asked to allow showings with 24 hrs notice.
The Space:
Nestled in the coveted Meridian Lake subdivision, this dog-friendly 4BD/3BA mountain home puts you exactly where you want to be: five minutes from the lifts at Mt. Crested Butte, and seven minutes from the shops and restaurants of historic downtown Crested Butte. Ski all morning, wander downtown by afternoon—home base is never far.
Main Level
The heart of the home is a great room built for gathering: a gas fireplace to thaw out by, a smart TV, a gaming table, and a dedicated kids' play area. Slide open the doors to the deck and gas grill for alfresco dinners with mountain views. The kitchen opens right into the action, so whoever's cooking is never left out of the conversation—complete with a cozy breakfast nook and a dining table that stretches to seat 8-10 with its two extra leaves. A queen guest bedroom, full bath with walk-in shower, and a well-equipped laundry room/office round out this level.
Second Floor
Three more bedrooms await upstairs: a queen guest room, a versatile twin-to-king room, and a shared full bath with tub/shower combo. Kids will claim the whimsical nook down the hall—a full bed with twin trundle, a futon, and a Roku TV—while the primary suite offers a true retreat with a king bed, a corner twin for little ones, and a spa-like ensuite featuring a jetted soaking tub, separate shower, and double-sink vanity.
Lower Level
Rainy day or ski-tired evening, the lower-level game room delivers: pool table, ping pong, a dartboard, a basketball shooting machine, and a 75-inch TV that turns movie nights and game-day watch parties into the highlight of the trip.
All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.
