Had a great time hosting a company retreat for twelve people. Location is amazing and everything worked well. Katheryn was absolutely amazing to work with and responded very quickly! We needed additional seating at dinner table and she allowed access to borrow chairs from the garage. Had a great time!

This was a great house for our three generations. There was plenty of room for everyone. The teens enjoyed the pool table and ping-pong, and the hot tub. The adults enjoyed the porch. Everyone enjoyed movies. The kitchen was plenty big for several cooks at one time. The location was also close to all major attractions on our list. Would definitely stay again if our plans bring us back to Colorado.

Great property, beautiful location. Master suites upstairs and downstairs were terrific. Kitchen and living room were perfect for a large group. Three bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs plus a bunk room w/ no windows.
Some of the mattresses need to be replaced. (upstairs room w/ bathroom and a few in the basement) If you dont need to use all the beds, it will be great.

We throughly loved staying at the property, beautiful views. Plenty of room for our family of 12. We enjoyed seeing deer in the backyard every evening. The pool table and the shuffleboard were great entertainment on those really cold days.

Katheryne was very responsive and prompt in her communication, and while this is overall a beautiful and well cared for home, we experienced some shortages. There was a sewage smell coming from the main bathroom during our stay. No laundry detergent was provided, and the amount of soap and paper products stocked was insufficient. Lots of potential here, but a bit more care and attention to detail would provide a significantly better overall guest experience.

Loved the open concept of kitchen, dining and living area. Outdoor area was great for badminton, corn hole and croquet. 3rd generation enjoyed the fire pit. Watched the deer in early morning and evening from the spacious outdoor balcony.

The day started horribly, as the homes were not cleaned at the time of check in, and we had 37 people arriving, from 4 months old to 70 years. Kathryn was able to give us access to a building on one of the properties. The check out procedures were reasonable, and everything worked as advertised.

First Kathryn was extremely helpful and more than willing to answer any questions we had big or small & very quick to respond. Secondly this property is absolutely stunning, very spacious for 14 people. More than enough beds and plenty of space so everyone wasn’t on top of each other the whole time. The downstairs area is wonderful with the pool table. Both master bedrooms are stunning with tons of space. For a first trip to Colorado I couldn’t have asked for a better host or property to stay at. We will be booking again in the future.

The master shower was a treat with three shower heads! Beautiful views and provided the mountain rustic feel while still being close to everything in Colorado Springs. Very quiet neighborhood, peaceful and FUN.. we used the ping pong game and had a dip in the hot tub, Kathryn was wonderful and VERY responsive and quick when we needed anything. Highly recommend this property for a large group.

Thanks to Kathryn, we had another amazing stay at this home/property. We decided to take a COViD “vacation” to take advantage of work/school online. House has plenty of room for our family of 6 to both spread out for work/school while also providing a great environment for fellowship during downtime. Joe and Kathryn always go the extra mile for their guests and I can’t recommend this home (or any of the homes) enough!

We had a great time at this house! We had 5 adults and 2 small kids and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of space for everyone to roam.
