Very nice home. Great location in a very cool town,near bike trails and hiking. The home is very nice, wonderful living room and dining room for visiting with friends. A couple things keep it from a 5 star rating. The mattress in the master bedroom is well past its prime and definitely needs to be replaced;the other mattresses were adequate at best. The bed linens and pillows weren't the best. The ice maker and water dispenser did not work,which is a negative if you plan on biking and hiking. Overall,however, it was a very nice home, with plenty of room for 3 couples and again,it's in a wonderful location.

We had our adult children and their families staying at the property. There was plenty of space for us all! The back yard was very nice. The side porch had comfortable seating for early in the day when the sun was too hot to sit on the patio. Late afternoon and evening were great out back! The preschoolers used squirt guns, bubble guns and sidewalk chalk out back and stayed very busy when we weren’t out and about. Thank you for a delightful stay!!

Our stay here was wonderful! When NDS is back in Ohio we will definitely stay here again!

We loved our experience here! The house is beautifully decorated and the furnishings are very comfortable. The location was perfect for us and we loved that everything was within walking distance.

This place is amazing! Right next to everything in YS and a beautiful, relaxing property to stay in. Had a great time!

We planned a girlfriend getaway for hiking and hanging out. The place was perfect. Plenty of room, kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, everything we needed. The two plus bathrooms were a great plus. The location was awesome. Everyone in our group of nine gave the place a huge thumbs up.... That can be hard to get from a bunch of 50 year olds. We will definitely be back. Make sure you stop at the Wildflower Boutique, also owned by the homeowner. We also loved the Yellow Springs Brewery, Bentinos Pizza, Sunrise cafe, and Kismet Boutique. We walked to Glen Helen for a short hike from the house. We drove to The Narrows by Clifton Gorge and hiked along the LIttle Miami River down to the second bridge, crossed over and hiked back out....about a 5 mile hike. It was gorgeous!!

We enjoyed our visit to this wonderful home. The house was large and comfortable. Location was excellent and host’s communication was prompt and helpful.

Everything was as advertised. Great home, location, amenities. We had a wonderful visit.

We had a great weekend. You can walk to all the shops, restaurants, and some of the best hiking from this property. It's a perfect size for a couple families.

House was great. Kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, nice cooking knives, etc. House was very close to downtown Yellow Springs, but also very quiet. Many bedrooms; you'll have to share bathrooms, but that was not a problem for us. Overall, was very happy with the stay. Would highly recommend. Considered the stay there a huge win.

The kitchen was well equipped, furnishings very nice, and bedrooms and bathrooms all excellent. They even provide robes for the guests…what a nice touch! Location!!! So easy to walk to shops and restaurants—we loved wandering around town, grabbing a coffee, a lovely breakfast, and beautiful hike at Glen Helen.
