Located in Manson, this lovely house for $363 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Beautiful and spacious, this 4 bedroom/3 bath up-lake-view home sleeps 12 and is ideal for any family’s vacation. The floor plan is perfect for families as it features a large great room in the heart of the home with vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows providing a spectacular view up the lake, back dropped by the majestic Cascade Mountains. The kitchen and dining areas provide for easy entertaining, fully equipped with all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, plenty of dishes, any other cooking instruments you might need, an island with barstools, and a large extendable dining table with seating for 12. The large Trex back deck overlooking the lake has a motorized retractable awnings, stereo speakers, a patio table, chaise lounges, outdoor furniture, giant Jenga and a large Weber BBQ making it a great place for entertaining, relaxing, sunbathing, and eating. Each of the four bedrooms is roomy, well appointed and has ample storage and closet space. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and bath that features two separate sink areas, a shower and a relaxing jetted Jacuzzi tub. Plenty of large bath towels, beach towels and linens are provided. All bedrooms have LCD TVs and DVDs and the great room features a gas fireplace in river rock stone, a wet bar and an LCD TV with home theater system, BluRay player and MP3 connection for your pleasurable enjoyment. For those that must bring work along, there are a number of desks in the house for your convenience. Other amenities include high-speed wireless internet available throughout the house, central air conditioning, an additional refrigerator, four bicycles of all sizes, parking for four vehicles, front-load washer and dryer, and numerous boat docks and mooring buoys on the resort property (on a first-come basis). The house is conveniently located in the private residential area of the Wapato Point Resort. Across the street from the house is a pool and large grassy field great for sports and games. All of the amenities of Wapato Point are nearby and available for your use. The 100 acres of the resort include beautiful groomed grounds, docks and beaches, lighted tennis courts, a putt-putt golf course, walking trails, and a clubhouse which features an indoor pool and equipped workout room. The beach kiosk rents paddle boats, kayaks, jet skis and other outdoor equipment. There are daily activities for the kids. The Lake Chelan area is less than 4 hours from Seattle and offers year round activities. Beside all sorts of lake activities there are over 20 local wineries close by along with excellent restaurants, several challenging golf courses, fishing and the Slidewaters water park. Lake Chelan is the third deepest lake in the United States and extends 55 miles up into the Cascade mountain range. The trip to the head of the lake, Stehekin, is accessible by the daily ferry boat or seaplane and is a must-see attraction due to its majestic sites and un-touched nature. You walk into the house and are greeted with a large great room. Our group spent a good amount of time together in the great room. The bedrooms are laid out nicely. The master has the on-suite with a huge, jetted tub. The kitchen is well equipped. The property has a beautiful deck with great seating area and dining area.

The home was great - well equipped, clean, a spacious deck with a super view of Lake Chelan. Owners were great to deal with. Great location away from the bustle of downtown Chelan, yet close enough when you want to go there. Walking distance to Wapato Point beaches, mini-golf and water sports rental shack. Perfect for families. Would highly recommend.

5 kids five and under, enjoyed a wonderful family vacation here! Would definitely come back. Great communication with the owner and very minor issues addressed. You do need to bring a pack and play if you need one. Would also suggest bringing beach towels (if you like big ones) and beach chairs. The view is spectacular!

Perfect location. Home was very clean. Check in was easy. Communication with owner was excellent. Can't go wrong when you stay here. The entire family had a wonderful 4 day vacation, enjoying the lake and all the amenities of Wapato. Can't wait to come back!

This is our third year staying at the Wick's vacation home and we are already looking to book again for next year! First of all, the Wicks are so kind, accommodating and very quick to respond. As for the house, we absolutely love the layout and bright and sunny feel. We are a family of 5 and we all have plenty of space and even set up a private quiet office area! We also like to have friends over for dinners and find the house is great for entertaining. The house is directly across from the pool and the road in front of the house is a loop which makes it perfect for my kids to ride their bikes! What makes this house unique from others is the quality of everything in the house, from the kitchen equipment to the cozy sheets and towels. The carpet you could sleep on! Everything in the house is very high quality!

Great Home & Location for our Family
The Wick Home was perfect for our family & a nice surprise that the home was a rambler! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, glasses & spices (and more). Easy kitchen to work in and serve the three grandchildren at the same time.
The home is well -maintained with plenty of towels, sheets, beach towels, bikes & a wagon. Location was super for our family of three littles - who ran in the large grassy area across the street, plus just a short walk to the pool.
Owners are very easy to work with & a big shout out to Dan - thank you! Our two and a half year old grandson - decided to hide his baseball mitts - thanks to Dan - for mailing them back to us.
We recommend this home & hope to visit again in the near future.

Wonderful Wapato Point Home
This is the second year we have rented the Wick home at Wapato Point. It has a beautiful view of Lake Chelan and the mountains and is just across the street from the outdoor swimming pool and grassy play area. We spend most of the day at the beach area which is just a short walk from the house. The house is beautifully appointed with a large open living room/dining/kitchen yet the four bedrooms are all private and quiet. The home had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation. We've vacationed at Wapato Point for over 30 years and this is our favorite home to rent for our family which now includes grandchildren. Kristina did a great job with all the reservation details too.

We got together as a family with our three children, their spouses and grandchildren for a total of 11 people. The overall impression from all of us is that the house is very accurately represented and in fact is much better than expected. The room distribution was great for our 4 family units with good independence for each and a great central area for cooking, dinners and socializing. The deck is great very spacious and the view is wonderful. And the community pool just in front of the house was very handy.
The house was spotless and hat some nice extra and expecyed surprises such as a handy folding cart to take beach toys, towels etc. Several bycicles and well stocked with paper gods etc. There are enough dishes and silverware "for an army"😊�
When we got there we were welcomed by the Rebecca, the caretaker who gave us a full tour of the house and made herself available for any questions that might arise. The owners also checked on us a couple of times to make sure that everything was OK.
I will certainly recommend this property to friends and we also plan on returning for future family vacations at Wapato Point.
At Wapato Point, we enjoyed the beach which is a great family oriented space and great for sunbathing; the pool, biking, walking, boating, tubing, hanging out on the deck, BBQing family games, at the table, dancing and much more. We also visited several very nice wineries and restaurants as well. And the best part was that although the house has a great flat-screen TV in every room and in the main living room, we never turned it on.

The Wick House is our favorite place to stay
Over our 30+ years of visiting the Lake Chelan area by far the best place to stay has been the Wick House on Wapato Point. It meets the needs of our extended family - from kindergarteners to grandparents. The house is clean, well maintained, has a great view, is close to the pool and beach. Its a short drive to a boat launch. Wineries are just up the hillside. The owners are quickly responsive to guests' needs; have become like friends to our family.

Another great week at the Wick House on Lake Chelan!!
Our 2nd year staying at the Wick House on Wapato Point and we enjoyed it all over again.
The house has such a well arranged floor plan to accommodate meeting in the middle for family time and, but still being able to retreat for calm time. Very warm weather this year so we really appreciated the pool right across the street. Hope to be there next year.

Great Week On The Lake
Spent a week at this beautiful lakefront home and enjoyed every minute of it. The home has a magnificent view from the large deck and is just across the street from the pool. The low traffic circle allowed the younger ones to ride the supplied bikes without much worry. The house has all you need to make yourself at home. Nice size rambler with the bedrooms removed from the main living area. Cant wait to stay there again.

What is good about the Wick House?
Everything!! Our whole family loved the floor plan that provided privacy also the furnishings were very comfortable. The location across the street from the pool was perfect for our water crazy grandkids. It is a well stocked house with modern appliances. The view from the deck is so good we sat out there all the time and that is where we ate most of our meals. Highly recommend

The view from the house is fantastic. We have stayed in this house several times. The house is beautifully decorated and always spotless. The kitchen is lovely and has everything you need. Located across the street from the pool and an open field where the family can play ball. The beach and other waterfront amenities are a very short walk. The owner is a lovely person.

Great Family Place in Manson
This is our family's third time to stay at this house. It suits us all - grandparents, sons & daughters, grandkids - so well. A great location across from the pool, a big deck with views over the lake, lots of space.

Wonderful Vacation Home
We have stayed in this house many times. It is a great vacation home for families with children of any age. The house is always spotless. The layout is perfect with the great room and kitchen in the center of the home and bedroom hallways on both sides. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a large laundry room. The location is superb with the pool just across the street as well as a large field for baseball games and other activities. The beach and other waterfront amenities are a very short walk. The view from the house is lovely.

The house was a very good choice for extended families. Perfect location across the street from the pool.
The kitchen was very well appointed with many utensils and pots and pans and there was a nice supply of games to play.
Someone was always available to answer any questions or concerns. All in all the house worked very well for our family and I would highly recommend staying there.

Wonderful family home
This was our first time staying in one of the homes at Wapato Point. It far exceeded our expectations! The layout was perfect for several families staying together and was so well equipped! All appliances were top notch and the entire home was spotless! Proximity to the pool couldn't be better and there was ample green space for young or old kids to run around. We had a wonderful time going to many of the wineries in the area. Short walk to the beach and many walking trails around the complex keep everyone active. The large deck with stunning views made for wonderful gatherings. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful home for family vacation!
We have stayed at this home twice and found it to be a perfect location and home for our extended family of 9. The younger children loved the location (very near the pool) and the adults liked the fact that it was only a short walk to our boat (on the lake). Grammie and Papa liked the fact that it was very safe for the crawlers and new walkers and that it had a lovely deck and beautiful view. Perfect weather and wonderful ammenities at Wapato Point and in the surrounding area, a well furnished home, clean and updated frequently made our vacations memorable. A great family vacation location.

The title pinpointed accurately exactly where we wanted to be.
This home was clean, well maintained, and perfectly reflected in the available photos on the website. It was just what we expected and fit our family's needs for bedroom and living space. There were bikes, floats, games, books and plenty of space to come together and, also,get away where we needed to. The process of reaching the owner and booking agent was efficient and friendly and we appreciated that after previous rentals that we less then customer friendly. We truly felt that we were treated as family friends. We vacation every summer at Wapato Point so know the area and were especially pleased with the Wick House.
