Great location and facilities, comfy bed - we were staying in the ground floor studio apartment- host responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again

Alles sehr sauber, private Unterkunft mit eigenen Eingang, dadurch sehr ungestört. Unser Kontakt zur Unterkunft hat schnell geantwortet und hat uns pünktlich in Empfang genommen. Sehr süße Katzen und Schildkröten auf dem Gelände.
Die Dusche war nicht komplett funktionsfähig, wurde uns bei der Ankunft jedoch mitgeteilt. Es gab zu wenig Klopapier für eine Woche Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft liegt an einer Straße, welche zu manchen Zeiten recht stark befahren war, dadurch war es manchmal etwas laut. Meinen Freund hat das hat nicht gestört, Bzw. hat er es nicht mal gemerkt, wenn man aber Geräuschsempfindlich ist, merkt man das schon. Der Weg zur Unterkunft von der Stadt aus ist recht Steil, man muss gut zu Fuß sein.

Visuale su tre lati, spazio esterno gradevole, aria condizionata in più stanze, alloggio molto spazioso, terrazzini ideali per mangiare fuori, parcheggio gratuito.

Location is great, farely close walking distance to Cefalu oldtown and with an available parking so no need for complication with a car to the city.
Apartment is fairly big, can accomdate a family comfortably.
The apartment is pretty outdated, the blinds in the room are very old and don't close all the way so no option to achieve full darkness.
Host was very unpleasant. Hot water was limited, each shower started ok for a coupe of minutes but then went fully cold, only to return to hot and zigzg back to cold sometimes. With small children this is obviously a problem. When we talked to the host about this we didn't get any help, her answers were (quoting exactly):
- "You've obviously all washed yourselvers... you'll have to wait a bit"
- "Are you sure you didn't turn the mixer to the cold side?"
- "We didn't have any problems. maybe you kept the tap open too wide..."
You get 2 toilet paper rolls when checking-in, after that you need to buy yourself, they don't give you more.
You pay for your own electricity which seemed odd, I never encountered this before.
