Located in Turks and Caicos Islands, this charming condo for $157 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Pelican View apartments offer unrivalled beach access and a truly unique and tranquil way to experience Providenciales. Located in Blue Hills you’ll quickly be lulled into the local rhythm of island life as you sit on your 2nd floor terrace (Apt #3) enjoying the spectacular views and listening to the waves crashing on shore. From Blue Hills it’s an easy 15 minute drive east to the heart of the tourist mecca of Grace Bay; if you travel west you’ll find the best national parks and nature reserves that Turks & Caicos has to offer, often overlooked gems in this island paradise. This 2-bed, 1-ba apartment is comfortably appointed with true up-cycled charm. Peppered throughout are some treasured vintage pieces to make it feel like your home away from home. Apt. # 3 is on the second level of my building, accessed via a short flight of stairs. It has huge windows in the living area so whether you’re inside or out you’ll see the turquoise waters beckoning! Pls note the terrace is also used to access my other unit (#4). There are two bright bedrooms and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. The generous open-plan living space opens onto the terrace where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular views. There is a terrific breeze coming off the ocean almost year-round but for those extra hot days the bedrooms each have ceiling fans and window AC units, the living area has a ceiling fan and a mini-split AC unit. The apartment comes equipped with beach chairs, beach shade and a cooler. There are 2 kayaks available for use (shared with the other 3 short-term rental units in the apartment block) equipped with seat pads and paddles but no PFDs, so please be careful. There is no washer or dryer in the unit but I’m happy to do your laundry for you during your stay. I’m 10 mins away, so close by if you need anything. The neighbors have a friendly shaggy dog who patrols the property, and there is a family of hens and a rooster who live on the back wall of the garden. If you are afraid of dogs or chickens this is not the place for you!

We loved our stay at Turks and Caicos. We traveled to a different beach each day. Some of the best in the world! The Pelican View was close to everything! And you can’t get any closer to the Conch Shack…We stayed late and danced with the locals. Lodging was so spacious for a family of four. The host was amazing to communicate with. We look forward to staying here again!

The host Ms ET is one of the fabulous hosts you will ever come across.She is so organised from start to end and that reflects in her accomodation too. She is there when you want anything and she is ready to provide any decent request. So thoughtful of her to have provisions in every room and toilet as you would expect [ infact far superior than a 5 star] Very comftable accomodation and ideal for a family too. Safe place to stay just on the beach front and only 10 minutes from the Airport and yet there no sound of any aircrafts. Well informed and always pleasant to speak. Most important is that she trusts you from start to end. She treats you like a family friend and she is very helpful even willing to carry our heavy suitcases. She has a great future ahead.Keep it goin Ms ET !

We rented a car and travelled each day to different beaches , that was perfect comfy, spacious place for us to crash after adventure beach days. Great bonus to have beach chairs , umbrella and beach towels, cooler.will definitely go back.

This is our second trip to Provo. It was our 30th anniversary! We love the apartment. We usually would go to the Bight park and relax under the sun shade and enjoy a low key stress reducing vacation!

We had the most incredible stay at this beachfront property. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the beauty of the location and the warmth of the hospitality. This place is an absolute gem. Situated right in front of the beach, we enjoyed uninterrupted views of the turquoise waters and the white sands from the balcony. The enchanting sunrise were, of course, the highlights of our stay. Stepping out of the property and onto the sandy shore in the early morning light was a surreal experience. The gentle crowing of roosters added to the charm, creating a serene atmosphere that set the tone for the day. Last but not least, what truly set this our experience apart was the exceptional host, Elizabeth. From the get-go, her communication was prompt, friendly, and informative. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, providing detailed instructions on reaching the property and offering invaluable local tips for exploring the area.

The apartment was spacious, clean and in a quiet local neighborhood. Communication was easy and needs were taken care of quickly. We liked being away from the tourist areas with the option to drive in when we wanted more excitement. People were friendly and gracious.

We loved the accommodations and the view was amazing. The hostess and her husband were excellent. If you really want to know the locals, please stay here. Mary across the street makes the most amazing authentic Caribbean food. It was close to everything we wanted to do and we just loved the apartment.

Wonderful stay an awesome price! This place is immaculate and spacious. Very clean and wonderful for a family of 4. Tons of space and everything you need to cook with. Very affordable and very quiet with a great restaurant across the street. I would highly recommend staying here to get away from the hustle and bustle and prices of grace bay. Make sure you rent a car and enjoy exploring this wonderful island!

Great location for the off the beat traveller very accessible and easy to find. Apartment was immaculately clean, the staff on site and host were soooo helpful and friendly. Apartment fully equipped with eveything u will need even a cooler which i was grateful for. Across the street enjoy local cuisine for lunch and the famous conch shak is 5 mins away as well on ur way out to the highway there are very reasonably priced local cusine that is delicious. ATV rentals and excursion company very close by. Best to have a car rental to explore the island. Definitely will recommend here to friends travelling to Turks and i would not stay anywhere else when we return. Thanks Elizabeth and Gris we had a great trip and appreciate u having us.
