Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed that sleeps two adult guests and a baby crib that sleeps a baby one-year-old or less (guests must book baby items in advance and pay a $100.00 damage deposit for each baby item, which includes: baby crib, baby bath, baby high chair, and baby changing mat). Up to five (5) extra guests may sleep in the bunk bed and two (2) extra guests sleep in the living room sectional sleeper; the nightly condo rate for each extra guest is $15.00.
