Nestled in Ocean Springs, this charming house for $292 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Ms. Annie's Coastal Hideway is a meticulously maintained three-bedroom property steps away from historic downtown Ocean Springs, and less than a mile from beautiful Front Beach. Ms. Annie's Coastal Hideway is a newly-built home with all the amenities you need. It is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family. Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, impeccably decorated space with all the conveniences of home. Ms. Annie's Hideaway features a large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble counters. The cabinets are filled with virtually everything you will need to prepare your meals, a family of six can be seated at the dining table with additional eating space at the kitchen island. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and offers plenty of space for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot spots. The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen smart TV and provides an extra place to sleep if needed. In the Master Bedroom, you will find a Queen bed and the private bathroom features a large walk-in shower with seating. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a full-size bed, and the other with two twins. The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet, 3 flat-screen TVs, and much more. ***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking*** ***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.*** While at Ms. Annie's Coastal Hideaway you’ll feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay. But if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself in the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. We had a great 2 night stay. The property was as pictured and had everything that you would need. Check in process was super simple and the property manager was prompt with answering any questions that we had. The property was exceptionally clean and beds were comfortable.
Our only complaint was the level of noise at night. Friday night was VERY loud till almost 5am. I brought a noise machine, after reading others posts of the noise, but the bass of the music was so loud that it didn’t block it out. I’m not sure if maybe this was because of a christmasy party, since it is that time of year. There is a parking lot right behind the master bedroom and at times it was very noisy…loud music, cars pulling in and out, talking, motorcycles, etc. There is a bar directly across the street and it played loud music till well past 3am on both nights.

We stayed 4 nights during the week. It was a very clean and nice house. Towards the weekend, it can get noisy outside due to being so close to downtown but take a sounds machine and you will be just fine!

Location is in the heart of Ocean Springs, just one property off Government Street.
The Pros: 3 beds, 2 bath easily accommodates 6 people or 3 couples. Property is modern and very clean. Easy walk to the restaurants, bars and shops. Very close to The District for great coffee and Murky Waters for Southern BBQ. Plenty of covered parking for a couple of cars and carts. We enjoyed the car port seating area for morning coffee and evening live entertainment at Murky Waters. Modern appliances with all you’ll need for cooking, laundry, coffee, etc. bedrooms and bathrooms were inviting and beds (soft mattress’) are adequate. Living spaces provide plenty of space for a group of 6. Municipal parking, business office, restaurant, bars and vacant lot make for quiet neighbors during the day.
The Cons: this is a transitioning area of Government Street. Properties across the street are older and the local tavern near by do not appear that inviting for families with younger kids or seniors. It does get noisy on weekend or event times. Rear deck area is small for a 3 bed home. Rations (paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap) are minimally supplied.
We own property in O.S. and always feel completely safe with this gem of a community and this location. The pros of this property outweigh the cons for our group, adults ages 45-60, but it could be busier than folks with toddlers might require. We would 100% stay at this home again.

We went to visit our son at Keesler Air Force Base and this home was perfect for us. The location is right off Government Street in the heart of Ocean Springs. It's just out the door and a few steps more to be right there at the popular shops, restaurants and bars. We drove a couple of minutes to the beach. It's about 18 minutes to the base and much less than that to nearby grocery shopping. The house was very cute, clean, and well stocked with what you need. The hosts are prompt to give you any information you need to check in or for questions if you have any. If you're a light sleeper, you might want some ear plugs for the weekend, since it is so close to night-time activities and also a train track. We didn't have any issues with it. We hope to be back soon.

This was by far the best rental experience we’ve ever had. The house was immaculate, super cute and cozy, and the location was incredible! We walked to all the cute shops and restaurants and always felt safe! We return annually to Ocean Springs, and hope to be able to stay again!

I would give this property way more than 5 stars. I never find a property this clean, well stocked, well designed and decorated, and close to everything. Chris has managed other properties we’ve rented, we can’t recommend him enough. Prompt, great communication, genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. The location is good but a few things noticed are the yard is not fenced in and is located close to busy roads so our dogs weren’t able to run free at all. The master bedroom is located close to a public parking area which can be very noisy late into the night on weekends with people partying there after bars close, as well as a railroad track. They provide white noise machines at this property and black out curtains were wonderful. I slept in the middle room and had less noise issues. It did not deter me from staying here! Some ear plugs and I don’t think any of it would be an issue. This property is immaculate and ACTUALLY clean. Not just sprayed and wiped around. I didn’t have to wear my shoes inside or use my own cleaning products to sanitize as I usually do with most rentals. The location is PRIME! Everything a very short walk away. Lots of food and pub options.

The place was perfect. Just as advertised. So close to everything downtown. It is just a couple minute walk to anything. Golf cart rental is right across the street but almost isn’t even needed if you plan on staying in the downtown district because you will be so close. Great listing. Will definitely use again.

Family Getaway
Ocean Springs is wonderful and this rental was perfect. So many places were walkable and everything was very close when driving. The place is clean and response time back with questions is very quick. I can see why they have so many 5 star reviews. We felt completely safe there. The kids said they did hear the bar across the street a couple of times until around midnight but my husband and I didn’t hear it from the Master Bedroom. Being they are teenagers I really doubt they were disturbed by the noise. Food places in the area are wonderful. I will have to say that donut shop around the corner might of had the best donuts ever. There are many different restaurants with different options and pretty much all walkable. Even some cute boutiques to shop at.
