VERY IMPORTANT: We live in a quiet neighborhood, if noise becomes intrusive the neighbors will contact host; if noise continues, neighbors will contact local police. If police are called to the property for disturbance after 9pm, I will give you final warning and on a second occurrence your reservation will be cancelled (with no refund and you will leave property immediately).There are two Noise detectors located outside the Garage and Backyard, but don’t worry, they don’t have any recording feature. The only reason we put them there is to warn us when the noise exceeds a certain level during the quiet time from our rules, we will contact you to keep it down in order to not annoy the neighbors and disturb their rest. 4. NO LOUD/CRAZY PARTIES OR EVENTS, under NO circumstances the speakers or karaoke are allowed inside or outside the house.If there are special days, please let us know in advance, such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, etc., we will have special arrangements. 5. VERY IMPORTANT: Any suspicious activity which includes but not limited to weed, narcotic, etc. will not be tolerated, you will be asked to leave the premise immediately without any refund. 6.
