The lights and outlets on the bathroom side of the bed did not work during our stay. I reported it the 1st and 4th days of our stay and our door to the room was quite hard to open and close.

Excellent access to restaurants and shopping, very kind and helpful desk staff. Clean room. Amazing cleaning staff.
The bed was a little too firm, and the shower water pressure too low. Nothing major.

Was in a good location.
With lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Easy to get to.
The second day we were there the guy at the desk brought us clean towels and raised our curtains. Was a very nice guy
The room was very clean. Air conditioner worked very well
We stayed 2 nights.
My husband has a medical condition and made a mess in the bathroom. Had to use all the towels
Asked the front desk clerk if we could get the bathroom cleaned and fresh towels. She said no. Would only clean every other day
We are senior citizens and the blinds werenโt broken we also asked for someone to open the blinds so we could see in the morning. None of these things were done when we got back to our room around 10:00pm
But luckily the night front desk clerk came to our rescue ๐
