Property unit and location were great, LL was very accommodating, easy in and easy out. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our stay!! Within walking distance of Belle Isle through a peaceful beautiful neighborhood!! The rental is just like the pictures but even better!! Clean, quiet lovely 2 bed and bath home!! Linens and beds were wonderful with added soap, shampoo and conditioner in each shower!! Easy communication with owner!! We will be back for a visit Richmond!!

We throughly enjoyed our long weekend in Richmond in this lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath Manchester neighborhood home. It was very comfortable, cozy and clean! Christian was extremely accommodating and helpful. It is very convenient to downtown Richmond with lots of new things happening in the immediate area. We definitely recommend.

This was our first visit to Richmond so we had no clue which neighborhood would be best for us but we really lucked out staying at Christian's. The off-street parking made it easy to hop in the car and five or ten minutes later be at the VFMA, Carytown, or Hollywood Cemetery. It would have easy to get to one of the battle sites, but for some of us the Civil War Museum was enough (it's definitely worth a visit for the folks who are not into the musket and bayonet stuff). The apartment was one of the best we've stayed in. The appliances are new and everything works. The master bedroom was large, the bed was comfortable, and the walk-in closet was an added bonus. Because there was only the two of us, we didn't use the second bedroom but I'm willing to bet that bed is good too. The best part of the experience was Christian. He was always available to answer our many questions, and he was very patient explaining to an old Boomer how a Nest thermostat works. All in all, our visit to Richmond was wonderful, and having Christian as our host was a large part of that.

We had a great stay in Richmond over the weekend for my daughter to tour VCU. The property was very clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. Parking was no issue and we had a great time. Highly recommend.

Christian is an excellent host. The property is stylishly decorated with lovely touches such as the soft throws to curl up. The bed was very comfortable. The location was convenient for us and is close to the James River Park system. Parking for guests was always available in front of the unit. The kitchen could use a few cooking/serving items, but most visitors will not be preparing a holiday meal. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The space was perfect, very modern. Had everything we needed, games, kitchen utensils to cook breakfast, water and drinks available, parking both off street and on street (good because we had more then one car). Close to EVERYTHING- downtown, restaurants and bars 5 mins away. Christian was a great host, easy to contact and quick to respond, and offered suggestion for places to visit, tours to take and restaurants and bars! I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again if I return to Richmond! Christian, thank you for having us and congratulations again!!!

We so enjoyed our stay. It was a great location to explore Richmond from. The condo was very comfy and had everything one would want while traveling. Spotlessly clean. The drinks and butter in the fridge were avery nice touch too. Would absolutely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay here. Nicely decorated and very cozy bed! The shower curtain and microwave were dirty, otherwise the place was spotless. No restaurants or points of interest within walking distance, though many were a short drive away, the constant tolls got a bit tiresome!

We stayed for a week while our house had some construction done. The apartment was really comfortable and well stocked for my spouse & I to both stay there & work from home. Would definitely stay again and loved the neighborhood.
