About this house rental
This beachy and bright teal home is on the east end of the island, centrally located between the beach, Pleasure Pier, and the Strand. Moody Mansion and the Galveston Childrenโs Museum are also about a half mile away. With twelve bedrooms available, bring the whole family on vacation to see the attractions of Galveston that are within walking distance or a short drive away. Huge backyard with a gazebo, private pool, and hot tub. Centrally located and near the historic district. Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens are each about 5-6 miles. The house is approx. 3,366 sq ft., with many rooms of various sizes and good-sized common areas, including 3 living spaces, a dining area that can seat 18, and a large yard. Our family vacation-17 of us, ages 4-63 really enjoyed being together yet still having space for everyone. The pool and hot tub were amazing and used everyday (we never had them turn on the hot tub as it was warm out and the pool felt great). The play set was new and kids liked that too. Everyone slept great ate together and enjoyed Galveston. The pool area was a big hit with our family!

We were originally going to Florida, but the house we had was double booked. So that left me looking for a place last minute. I found this 12 bedroom for an amazing price. We had a large group, the house was very spacious and comfortable. Juli was very helpful and attentive with any issues we had. The location is great, close to the seawall and the the strand. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it for any big families.

This property was perfect, I was there for 3 nights celebrated my birthday/memorial day weekend there and enjoyed everything abt it and We would love to get this property again in the future. Very Clean and very spacious and the pool top it off.

The first thing we noticed was the state of the pool. It was very murky, green, and dirty. We were unable to use it for 24 hours because the pool guy came the morning after we checked in. It is supposedly cleaned twice per week but definitely hadnโt been properly maintained before our arrival. The home in general needs some deep cleaning and TLC. We had water that wouldnโt drain out of the dishwasher on the first night of our stay, so we hand washed dishes the remainder (not a big deal for us). I found a used towel (not ours) under the bathroom sink along with littles friends (although they were dead). Itโs clear the cleaning crew isnโt very thorough. The toilet paper holder was not secured on the wall, so it fell off immediately. The location was nice (five minutes to the Strand) and the playground in the backyard was enjoyed by the kids!
