Inside the apartment there is a common area with two pullout sofas, flat screen TV, chairs, coffee table, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Delicious meals await at nearby restaurants, but for those who'd prefer to do their own cooking, the kitchen has everything you need to whip up something tasty. The apartment is equipped with up to date air conditioning ensuring that our costumers are cool and comfortable. Guests can use the whole apartment and two free parking space. This apartment sleeps up to Fifteen guests and is ideal for a family or friends visiting the Atlantic shore together. The apartments do not come with towels and bed linens. You can either bring your's from home or rent them from management for a small fee.PETS ARE WELCOME! Charges are applicable ($25) per pet per night. Head south half mile, to the top of the historic Ocean City Boardwalk for seaside fun and excitement. Or take the entire family to the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park for a day of rides, treats, and midway-style entertainment, just one mile away. Check In and key claim takes place at our office which is located at 1103 Atlantic Ave, Ocean City, MD 21842. From there we will take you to your beach house. We had a great stay! Other than the AC not cooling off the house as soon as we had hoped, we still enjoyed our stay. I also noticed that the floors seemed a little dirty around the edges and baseboards. But other than that, it was a great place to stay. Convienient to bus stops and within walking distance to the boardwalk.

The place did everything we needed of it. It was in a great location. The owners are really nice and helpful! Just make sure to bring some basic bathroom supplies as there wasn't any hand soap, paper towels or extra toilet paper.

The apartment was dirty, I had to clean it. The tenants downstairs were loud and threw their chicken bones outside where my car was parked. We were given 2 very tight parking spots where one car could not move but there was plenty of space all week. I felt like I stayed in Hell for a week. It was very disappointing.
