Nestled in Daly City, this lovely condo for $266 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This is a nearly new condo design apartment. 2B 2.5 bath, located 5 minutes away from SFO Airport & 15 minutes from Downtown SF. in the small town of South San Francisco. very safe gated parking garage, only 20 foot walk to the elevator entrance. many restaurants and small grocery stores with in 2 block area. 1 mile to South San Francisco fishing Pier on the Bay. Close to the Freeway 101/280 and next to 5 bus lines, easy rides to SF & Peninsula. Lots of restaurants & supermarkets within 5 mins in Downtown South SF. - 7 Mins to SFO by car - Near SSF Biotech Park (Genentech) - Close to Costco & SSF Conf Center - 20 Mins To SF Downtown - 30 Mins To Silicon Valley - First car free, parking garage - Elevator & Wheelchair accessible - Free laundry The space This spacious and private second-floor apartment unit is part of a six-unit multi-family building, with an elevator and free parking garage. This 1400 square feet apartment unit features two bedrooms that can sleep up to 5 guests, a Queen-sized sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 2 more guests, two private bathrooms, a half bath, a kitchen and dining area, a living room, and a huge balcony. We provide essentials such as bedding, towels, shampoo, body wash, hairdryer, iron, and so on, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and free laundry. It also has high-speed Wifi and cable TV (140+ channels), an air conditioner and a heater! We have four other units in the same building that fits a different number of people: Guest access Entire private apartment unit 1 with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, living room, and dining area, 3 balconies, and free laundry. There are 10 parking spaces in our gated garage. The first car is free to park, each additional car is $20/day. One small pet allowed for $20/night extra per night. Baby crib available upon request.

This place exceded my expectations. It is huge,super convenient for everyone staying.
Has all the accommodations. Definitely better than staying at a hotel, specially if you are looking on bonding with family. The host was so courteous, communicative, he was super helpful. I highly recommend this place for your stay. We are definitely coming back here. Also the Verbo staff was very helpful I had a couple questions and they solved it quickly. The booking was easy and they have no hidden fees just like they claim. I give this place 5 stars!!!

I like the security of the parking area. Unit was very comfortable. Appreciate the countertop equipments e.g. coffee machine and tea kettle, and dishes and utensils provided.
A couple of feed backs:
The bathrooms could benefit from some hooks for hanging clothing.
The kitchen could benefit from a few more items e.g. Pyrex dishes for heating food, baking sheets for the oven.
The fridge could benefit from box of Baking soda to eliminate fish smell from prior guests.

Enjoyed the spacious apartment. Close to SF and Peninsula. Plenty of eating choices within walking distance of apartment. Enjoyed the Latino neighborhood and very friendly atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again. Great value. John T

Great location near SF colleges. We had a lovely time with our youngest and we were able to relax each evening after college visits all day!

This unit is fully equipped in the kitchen. Surprisingly more than expected. It’s super clean throughout the condo. Walkable to food and public transportation. Great for families traveling together. Plenty of room for people to sit around. If you are staying here, no need to pack a lot since there is a washer and dryer on floor unit. Owner supplied laundry detergent for tenants.
Location is great! 15 min drive to the Serramonte Center, which a many selections of food and shopping. 10 mins away from the San Francisco international airport. Parking is underneath the building … with security gate, which is a plus! When you arrived.. it feels like you are home.

This is a very spacious, well-located apartment. Close to SFO and to San Francisco. It had three outdoor areas, a private, safe and gated parking area. It was walking distance to many markets and good restaurants. It basically has two master suites at opposite ends of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. It was very quiet. The beds and other furniture were comfortable. The owner was excellent to deal with and communicated quickly. The television channels on the TVs in the living room and one of the bedrooms were excellent. We like being able to get local network channels when traveling. If I had to give it any negatives it would be that the furnishings/decor was a little mismatched, but if I owned it and was renting it out, I would not decorate it the way I would want my personal home to look either. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The building is only a few years old with locked parking underneath. The beds appeared newer. The unit was large and well appointed. Furniture all second hand which was fine with the exception of the old, upholstered furniture. It was just to worn and dirty and it gave the unit a bad rep.
