Lots of restaurants & supermarkets within 5 mins in Downtown South SF. - 7 Mins to SFO by car - Near SSF Biotech Park (Genentech) - Close to Costco & SSF Conf Center - 20 Mins To SF Downtown - 30 Mins To Silicon Valley - First car free, parking garage - Elevator & HC access - Free laundry The space This spacious and private second floor apartment unit is part of a six-unit multi-family building, with elevator and free parking garage. This 1400 square feet apartment unit features two bedrooms that can sleep up to 7 guests, two private bathrooms and a half bathroom, a kitchen and dining area, a living room, and a huge balcony. We provide essentials such as bedding, towels, shampoo, body wash, hairdryer, iron, and so on, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and free laundry. It also has high-speed Wifi and cable TV (140+ channels), air conditioner and heater! We have four other units in the same building that fits a different number of people: Guest access Entire apartment unit, including garage, elevator, laundry, and 3 balconies There are 10 parking spaces in our gated garage. The first car is free to park, each additional car is $20/day. One small pet allowed for $20/night extra per night. Baby crib available upon request.

The location was close to our family. The secured parking garage was a big plus. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The additional half bath was convenient. Easy checkin and checkout.

My family really enjoyed staying here. It had 2 full + 1 half baths, large enough for a family with 3 teenagers. Very clean, spacious, supplied with all the essentials, close enough to downtown, garage parking. Host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again when back in SF.

Place is easy to access near 101 I and out in a jiffy Neat clean lots of positive vibes in the place , host very responsive . Great place to stay . Would come again next time with friends

I wanted a convenient place for my family to stay during Spring Break so that we could explore the city and surrounding areas. This property was in a safe location with a garaged parking spot and elevator access to the unit. Additionally, it's located within walking distance to Grand Ave and convenient to CA-101.

Apartment was the perfect size for our group. Beds were comfy. The place was quiet and clean. Conveniently located near the 101 to make it easy to get around. Host was extremely responsive to inquiries. Thanks!

Our family enjoyed our stay. Even though we were not in the city it was close enough to get to downtown and the tourist sites fairly quickly. The on site gates parking was a plus. I've rated the stay 5 stars. My only complaint would be the common area furniture. We only ate a few meals at the "dining table", but it felt a little odd to be eating inside on outdoor patio furniture. The rest of the common area furniture didn't go together. Nothing matched. It felt like it was leftover furniture or purchased at different garage sales.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The group collectively felt the apartment was quite spacious and had all the amenities we could ask for including full size kitchen, washer/dryer, 2.5 bathrooms, and plenty of beds for sleeping. Granted some of the furniture isn’t the most up to date, our main happiness from our stay is that the apartment was super cozy and felt like home. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Very convenient and close to the freeway for easy access to downtown SF or SFO Airport.
