There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 55-inch Samsung Smart television and natural gas Fireplace in comfort remote-controlled ceiling fan, which features a Queen-sofa sleeper. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning appliances such as a Maytag top freezer refrigerator and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for three. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided. Bedroom Descriptions: Master Suite 1 is located next to the living room and features a King-sized Bed, 55-inch Samsung Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, a workstation for remote work and a walk-in closet. The hallway bathroom is located just outside of the Master Suite and features a shower and tub combo, and a vanity sink. The laundry room is located next to the refrigerator in the kitchen and features a Twin Laundry Center with a washer and dryer. Bedroom Sleeping Arrangements: Master Suite 1: 1 King-sized Bed - Sleeping 2. Living Room: 1 Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper - Sleeping 2 Bed and Sleeping Summary: 1 King-sized Bed, 1 Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper. Sleeps 4. Other Amenities: WiFi Wireless internet. The property was well located close to the Old Town La Quinta but was not well equipped or particularly clean. However, the property manager, after a list of items needed was presented to them, were able to provide a lot of the missing items requested, which was very impressive. The lack of a barbeque grill was another negative feature for a longer term stay.

Stayed for 3 days and enjoyed the ideal location within walking distance of La Quinta Old Town. We were close to plenty of restaurants & just a short drive to the Tennis Garden.

This was our first time to the "desert" and we got lucky. The condo was clean, met our needs and is in a great location. We enjoyed walking to the "grove," eating at restaurants in Old Town and golfing at SilverRock. We will be back!

Very convenient location ! Pool and spa were cleaned daily and we left our clubs in the suv and never had a issue ! Large walk in closet and great fireplace ( yes weather was cooler than usual)! We walked over to Old La Quinta several times for dinner /drinks . Highly recommend! We would definitely stay there again !

This unit is conveniently located a block from Old Town. It is next to the pool and the front entrance to the Embassy Suites which can be a bit noisy sometimes. Perfect unit fir a couple or single.

Well appointed 1 bedroom condo set up, management has a lot of emails and information! Walking distance to old town La Quinta, coffee shops and restaurants. Convenient to Hwy 111. Nice walking path up 'bear cove trail' next to the arroyo. Pool and hot tub worked fine. Parking free and convenient. 10 min drive to Vons. We stayed two weeks in October and found it easy to cook and live in.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We just had a misunderstanding with the tv/cable. We thought that it was available, but after the back & forth with the property manager, it turns out only internet service was available - which was totally fine in the end. It just took awhile for that realization.

It was overall a lovely stay! The pull out bed was a bit underwhelming and it was a little bit of a hunt to find the property, but other than that it was exactly how it was pictured and we felt comfortable and safe during our stay.

to book this place was a headache as they had so many stupid requirements, they did not send us check in instruction till we text them and we couldn't check in till 3:20. the unit is above the pool generator and very loud, they did not mention that. too many rules and very stressful.

I don’t know why anyone would stay in a hotel room when this gem was available! The unit was super cute and clean, the bed was comfy, the bedroom, closet, and bathroom were spacious, the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed, and having a washer and dryer was a bonus. My hubby and I will definitely be back!
