About this campground/ rv resort rental
Nestled in Homosassa, this charming campground/
rv resort for $128 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This a beautiful 42ft Camper that is fully furnished with great amenities in the park such as a pool, playground, game room, pavilion area, wash house, laundromat & much more. What more can you think of? Our camper also comes with all the dishes you will need on your vacation, also has a full size bbq gas grill for grilling out with your family. Must keep 6ft away from camper when using. I have provided linens, towels, cookware, dinnerware, silverware, glasses, a coffee maker, picnic table, a plastic folding table, 4 foldable outdoor camping chairs, a fire pit for outside. At our camp site there is enough room to park your boat and a golf cart next to camper. You are allowed to ride side by sides in park as well if you have one there in a speed limit and age limit to ride. Where you can see the park for yourself :) Below you will also read about the layout of the camper. 42ft Fuzion Toy Hauler When you walk in you will walk into the living area with kitchen. When you go to the right up the stairs you will find your bathroom and your master bedroom with a slide out wardrobe closet. Above the kitchen you will find a latter that will take you up to a loft with a twin size mattress. When you enter the back of the Rv you will enter a room/garage area that has a queen size bed on top and then underneath is a futon/bed also a half bathroom in the back as well! Outside there is a side Patio that has a tv.

This was our first experience staying in a toy hauler, and with our children, and we can say the bar was set high! The owners were very accommodating and communicative. Even when the power went out repeatedly, they were quick to assist with getting the generator up and running. Great location, perfect for golf carting around and awesome accommodations!

Amazing spot in the camp ground! Plenty of room to set up a bat mitten and play with the kids!! My time here was amazing and couldn’t ask for a better camper!!

We loved staying at this property. Very clean and roomy. Owner very responsive. Will definitely book this again

Most everything was as advertised. My granddaughter loved the place and made friends to play with during our stay. The whole campground felt very safe and clean. Camper was roomy and had all of the conveniences of home. Only issue really was no hot water in the shower even after 20 minutes of letting it run as directed. There was a bathhouse and bathroom in close proximity. We would recommend this place and stay here again.

I loved the unit and the location. Very well stocked. Only issue I had was learning how to operate the thermostat and then the main control panel for all the lights is a little hard for a newbie to figure out. We would definetly return if you will have us.

I rented this property as a gift for my cousin’s birthday and he loved it. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Our host Paige was amazing and she was always available. We would definitely rent this property again.

We were able to explore some fun local places and come back to cool off in the clean & refreshing resort pool. We were very close to lots of great restaurants & some unique FL attractions. The host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we were all set. This was definitely a fun weekend trip for our family.

The RV is comfortable, spacey, and has everything you need! Campground is quiet, safe, charming, and right in the heart of old town Homosassa. Golf carting distance from the best restaurants and bars on the river, and a short drive from everywhere else. We loved our stay!!

I needed a month of lodging with a large dog and wanted it to be private, fully furnished, and affordable, and this fit the bill perfectly! The owners are super responsive and very helpful and have done everything to make this a great place to stay. 10 out of 10 stars!
