There is no surprise that this home and hosts have 5 star ratings! Communication was excellent throughout our time leading up to and during our stay. We were celebrating our daughter's 16th birthday. We arrived to the house and balloons, cake, and a present were waiting for her! Our travel down was long and exhausting but this surprise definitely brightened her spirits!

We only had 2 nights available but we booked it and loved it!!! Owners were amazing to deal with!! Even invited our family of 6 for Thanksgiving dinner. Talk about feeling at home! Was perfect for our family. Lots for the kids to do too! Will return for sure!!

We were able to come for a very short visit and had the pleasure of renting 2 of the Byrd properties that are located next door to each other! We had previously rented the Stilt House and had a wonderful experience so when we visited for my MIL 90th birthday we knew we needed two houses for our large group! Having them next to each other was perfect! This house was where we all gathered for breakfast, lunch, family time and just relaxing after a long day! These homes have everything you need and the Byrd family is available to answer any questions and help you with special requests anytime of day! Each home is awesome and we will definitely be back! The Bryd family are definitely Premier Hosts!

What a fantastic vacation home! The hosts are next-level attentive. (They showed us two Nerf water guns for the kids when giving us a tour at check-in, saw that we had three kids, and discreetly dropped off a third water gun the next day!) The house is beautiful and impeccably maintained. The kitchen is fantastic and the master bath might’ve inspired a remodel in my own house! We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this is the cleanest, most thoughtfully laid out, well-stocked place we’ve ever rented. It was an easy drive to several parks, and we’d definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for our 5 adults. 3 bedrooms and a lot of common space. It was well stocked with incidentals you would need. Place was clean in a good location and easy to find. We would stay here again.

The house is very clean and up to date. It also is stocked with everything you may need, especially the kitchen. My family really enjoyed themselves and was close to all the fun Homosassa has to offer.

This was the second year that we rented the same house for scallop diving. The house is clean, well stocked and even had some new furniture. The location is perfect for scallop diving. The owner is very nice and available.

This is my third year coming and we enjoyed every part of the house and everything that was offered. Our boys were excited to drive the boat. We also went all over Orlando and homosassa and the springs. We plan on coming back to visit.

My wife Patricia and I had an amazing stay at Joy and Joe's beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, home located in Homosassa springs. Everything was new, very clean, and well maintained. Joy and Mary Lynn were very attentive and accommodating. Mary Lynn made cookies when we arrived, and Joy even switched a Keurig coffee maker out with a regular one per our request! Our two night visit was perfect for us to relax and see the area. We enjoyed some of the local cuisine and relaxed in the ambiance of a smaller town. The two car garage was great because we brought two kayaks with us so I knew they were secure once we were finished for the day. Thank you again for a wonderful place to stay! We had only a couple of nights in this home but they were great. Very accommodating owner allowing us to arrive early and park our camper while waiting for our campsite to be ready. Very close to local restaurants, bars, and the waterfront. Very clean home and the hospitality was A+. Would def stay again!

My son and I stayed here in mid-December while in Florida to check off a bucket list item - swimming with manatees. The property was easy to find with clear instructions for getting in. The house was clean and inviting and even had some Christmas decorations which was a nice touch. Plenty of space and everything we needed for our stay was available.
