The Community is very strict about it, there is $1000 fine each time. Laundry room is available for 4+ night’s stay. Laundry detergent is not provided. Please note that we are on septic system. Please flush ONLY toilet paper. You will need to wait for hot water after few showers. Please do not drive/park on the grass, especially on a septic hill. Your reservation will be canceled without the refund. Property fee includes: cleaning, garbage removal, linens, 12 bath towels, registration. Guests will get the access code for the lock box one day before the arrival. Some doors are locked. I keep my stuff there. Please do not open them. Fridge doesn’t make an ice or water. No smoking or vaping inside the house. PET POLICY: No puppies. No cats. Pet cannot be left alone. Dog under 20 pounds can reside in your room but must not be left alone. You must clean up after your dog. Dog must be leashed. You must have control of your pets at all times. You should be able to provide proof of your pet’s vaccination. You are financially responsible for any damage your pet cause. Breed restrictions: American Staffordshire Terriers (Pit Bulls), Rottweilers, German Shepard, Huskies, Mastiffs, and Doberman Pinschers.
