Inside, we have 2 living spaces for your crew to spread out:
(1) Our formal living room features plush seating, Smart TV for all your app related subscriptions and deck access.
(2) Our game room, located downstairs, features a ping pong table, a wet bar, cozy seating, and large TV with a DVD player and selection of movies. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook for your entire crew in your home away from home.
Between our 4 private bedrooms, The Lake Escape can accommodate 15 guests.
(1) The master bedroom features a Queen-size bed surrounded by large windows, a TV with local channels, and an en suite bathroom.
(2) Our second bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed with luxury linens and bedding.
Downstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms:
(3) The first bedroom features a Queen bed and Twin bunk beds with a Twin-size trundle bed.
(4) Our second bedroom is complete with 2 Twin bunk beds, both with Twin-size trundle beds beneath.
Guest Access:
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.
Other Things to Note:
★ Not pet friendly.
★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.
★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.
★ Guests at Beaver Lake properties are not allowed dock access. This restriction is enforced by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, which prohibits private docks from being used for commercial purposes, including short‑term rentals.
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

Our family stayed here for a mini family reunion and it was the perfect choice. The layout provided plenty of space for everyone to gather comfortably without feeling crowded. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing large family meals, and the common areas were ideal for spending quality time together. Clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was highly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely book this property again for future family gatherings!

We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of space, beautiful home, great Lake access, soft and clean linens. Neighbors were super nice when we came across them on a morning run, but other than the privacy was exactly what we hoped for and expected.

The house was big enough for our group and the room setup was good. The pictures make the house look nicer than it is. It was not very clean. There was hair in the shower and bath mats that haven’t been washed for quite some time. One of the queen beds was made with twin sheets? The dining room table was so sticky your paper plate would get stuck to it. It gives the impression that college kids run the place—no offense to college kids.
