About this house rental
Enjoy this modern, central and peaceful home, whether with your friends or with your family. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests or 3 couples, with 3 comfortable Queen sized beds. A sofa bed is available at $50 per person per night. ( At least 2 days' notice is required for the sofa bed). The living areas are well lit with natural light and drenched in northerly sun during winter. The house is conveniently located, only 5 minutes drive to Belconnen shopping Mall, 5 minutes to Hawker shopping Centre and 15 minutes drive to the Canberra City Centre. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials necessary for a comfortable stay. These include a cook top, oven, fridge, toaster, Expresso coffee machine, blender, electric fryer, rice cooker, wine glasses, etc. Long stays are welcome. Edit

We used this house as our base to explore Canberra. It is lovely modern house, very comfortable and tidy. The location is handy to Belconnen and Canberra sights. Highly recommend.

Smart, clean, new property with comfortable beds. We visited in winter and the heating/bedding kept us nice and warm! Clear instructions in the property. Easy check in/out. Convenient location to get to various attractions by car easily. Enjoyed our stay!

Judy was very accommodating host, house is lovely and very roomy. The location is actually quite accessible to most attractions and city centre, approximately 10 - 15 minutes drive from city centre
Plenty of parking space and quiet neighbourhood . Shopping centre is close by

Solid, tidy home with good amenities and close to Belconnen.
Place worked well for us. Kitchen could benefit with a few more basic items and a good chopping board. Couple of small maintenance issues eg broken towel rack in onsuite, cracked shower head in 2nd bathroom and stove and oven not working too well. We loved the coloured pencils and books for the children and spinach from garden.

The house is very clean & tidy. All 3 bedrooms are very spacious and the living room is big enough for our group of 6 adults. The owner is very considerate to label what the things are inside the cabinet. There is also very clear information and instructions well labelled. Love it!

It was a very nice house and quiet! Although it was a little dirty such as the cutlery and plates in the kitchen but overall super nice place and would stay there again.
