We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Old Lyme! I was initially a bit hesitant to book because there were no reviews yet, but it’s clear why — this is brand new construction and we think we were the first guests. The house is beautifully decorated with top-quality furniture throughout. The kitchen is excellent, featuring a commercial-grade oven and all the best amenities. We loved the private yard and the short walk to the beach. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described.Highly recommend — we’d definitely stay again! Thank you to the hosts.

We were a family of 4 in town for a high school graduation, but wanting to spend the week at the CT shore. The house was very charming and clean when we arrived. It was an older house, but had a new oven and fridge and all the dishes you would need in the kitchen. We cooked a few meals and had everything we needed. The front porch was great to sit for meals and games. There were a few beach chairs and a wagon to borrow. The beach was just a short walk down the road and there was a great crepe place, ice cream, Italian ice, snack bar and even a carousel on the way there. It was 4th of July week for us, but the beach was not too crowded. The only minus for us was that the listing had said there was a washer and dryer, but there was not one in this unit. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Donnie was great from the start! He messaged us to make sure everything was perfect when we arrived. The property is exactly what a New England beach house should be, cozy, relaxing and a block from the beach. Could not have stayed in a better location. Thank you Donnie! 10/10

The cottage was great. The outdoor patio is definitely the highlight. The only complaint we had is if you are trying to multiple air conditioning units and anything the else power would go out. We were popping the breakers every 10-15 mins at night. Overall it was a great stay and we would go back.
