NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom home is located just north of I-40 and minutes away from Union University and the many retail and dining options The Columns (Vann Drive Area) has to offer. This North Jackson neighborhood is family-friendly and full of wonderful people. I want guests to feel at home while they are staying at my house! 4-mins from Union University 2-mins from Tacos 4 Life & Asahi Japanese Steakhouse 4-mins from Texas Roadhouse & Five Guys

Great house for a family with kids. Close to everything, back yard for kids to explore. Comfy bed and washer and dryer was useful. Just needs a grill.

Not great
A little better than camping. TV Remotes did not work in bedrooms, not enough cookware to prepare a meal, no light bulbs in bedroom lamps, bathtub did not drain properly. I wouldn't do it again. Back to motel/hotel for us.

Friends abs family gathered in Jackson for the Miss Volunteer America program and we stayed at this property. It is about 3 minutes from shops and restaurants on Van Drive. Was the perfect location for us. The deck was wonderful to have to sit and enjoy the weather or coffee in the morning.
Ethan was very helpful with all our needs as well.

Friends abs family gathered in Jackson for the Miss Volunteer America program and we stayed at this property. It is about 3 minutes from shops and restaurants on Van Drive. Was the perfect location for us. The deck was wonderful to have to sit and enjoy the weather or coffee in the morning.

Perfect for our family
The property was very clean and provided us exactly what we needed for a visit with family in the Jackson, TN area. We had a nice daytrip to Memphis one day to visit Graceland and see the ducks at the Peabody. The location was convenient to the highway and lots of shopping and restaurants. The TVs provided lots of choices with Roku TV and streaming apps. The neighborhood was quiet and well-kept. And finally, the host was very responsive and promptly provided the security code for easy check-in.

Awesome
This property was located near everything we needed. We were in Jackson to prepare our house for sale. We stayed a week and was very satisfied with our stay. The host was excellent.
