At Turtle Crossing, West Bay Let the warm breeze and turquoise waters of the Caribbean wash away your worries and book your next getaway at this beautiful vacation home on the island of Roatan! This charming West Bay villa is perfect for family and friends, with access to a community pool, two large terraces with hammocks and ocean views, a beautiful green area, well-equipped kitchen, BBQ, new TV, private washer and dryer and all the modern conveniences you need to unwind. Open the doors and let in the gentle Caribbean breeze while you prepare a snack in the kitchen or upload your photos to social media with the free WiFi, you can also relax in the hammock to take a nap, catch up on your reading or just enjoy the spectacular ocean views. Ceiling fans, air conditioning and a shared community pool will keep you cool even on the hottest days. PLEASE NOTE. There is ongoing construction next to this property. You might experience some noise during your stay. Sleeping arrangements: 2 Double beds 1 Queen-size bed 1 Sofa bed Maximum occupancy: 6 adults and 2 children. Distance to Ocean Breeze: -If you travel by plane, the distance from the Juan Manuel Galvez Airport to the studio is 40 to 45 min. -If you travel by ferry the distance from the Galaxy Wave and Roatan Dream Ferry is 45 to 50 min. What is near the property? -West Bay Beaches -Communal swimming pool -Restaurants and bars Security and Preference -Private entrance -Minimum age required (21) -No pets allowed -No Smoking. -No parties inside the property. Guest Access: Breakfast Buffet: Available at Infinity Bay Resort's Restaurant (West Bay) for a cost of $23 per person/ per day. Additional Information * Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors open. NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details. We provide an electricity allowance ($5 per AC unit per night) during your stay. * Additional charge for Check-In or Check-Out before or after the established time 11:00 am to 3:00 pm a charge of $100+ will be made, confirm your check in or check out one day before your arrival or departure. * In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, consult with the reservation assistant about the charge for it. *Keep in mind that this property is NOT pet friendly, no pets or service animals will be permitted even if the regulations in your home country state differently.
