With two floors of stylish living space, your completely remodeled home features rich hardwood flooring, all new kitchen appliances, and beautifully tiled bathrooms. Outside, an expansive fenced yard offers a gas grill and al fresco dining. There’s plenty of driveway space to BYOB (bring your own boat)! LIVING AREA Two sofas provide comfy seating in the open living area. Relax and watch a movie on the 49” smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. A breakfast bar for two creates a cozy spot to sip morning coffee, while a dining table provides additional seating for four. BEDROOMS & BATHS This two-story home sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms, each appointed with hotel-quality linens. Stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, a bathroom with a tub/shower combination can be found on each floor. Downstairs, the master bedroom features a plush queen bed, an armchair, desk, and a crib. Also on the first floor, a second bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds. Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms. One has two full-size beds, while the other features a queen bed. Except for the second bedroom, each bedroom is equipped with an AC unit. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The house was in a great location and is exactly as described with the pictures as in the VRBO site. It was very clean with plenty of space and items needed.

We had a wonderful stay in Yarmouth at Owls Bird Nest. We had a wedding in the area and spent two nights at the property. It was very roomie and a great space to vacation.

This house was clean and well stocked with linens, towels and dishes. Everything you needed was available, even a washing machine and dryer, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and toaster oven. The smart TV allowed us to log into our own account and have great TV options. The yard was a good size with friendly rabbits that came to visit and ate the carrots we tossed them 😊. The internet connection was also very good.
There were bikes but the ones with comfortable seats had either a popped tire or the chain fell off when you rode it. The neighborhood would have been good to ride in but instead we took walks around the block.
The air conditioning was window units and quite loud. My family liked falling asleep to the din but I resorted to ear plugs. Everyone got a solid night’s sleep each day.
Overall a good location. And we enjoyed our visit to the cape.

Loved the location for getting to both ends of Cape Cod easily. The house was a great floor plan for 4 couples. Only complaint is not enough comfortable seating in the living room area for a house that can sleep so many. We had one cold, very rainy day to hang out there, but there just weren’t enough places for everyone to sit.

The house was modern, updated, clean and full of surprises! Close to everything …food, entertainment and beaches in both directions. We had a hot wonderful week and we’re so sad to leave :(

Location was ideal- close to shops, good restaurants, and nice beaches. Neighborhood was nice for walking. House was fairly clean. Linens were not hotel quality as stated. Beach chairs were provided but broken. Luckily, we brought our own. We had problems upon arrival with electricity out in half of the house, and the refrigerator was not working. Service people were friendly, but we did spend our first and seconds days and night on the phone trying for resolution. We had a party of 8 and used all 4 bedrooms, however, only 3 bedrooms have AC units. After check out we continued to contact turn key for reimbursement. Unfortunately, we spent a lot of our vacation time on the phone with turn key. As of now, we are still waiting for restitution, though we were assured on our last day we would hear back within 48 hours.

Great July 4th Weekend
This was my second time staying at this beautiful home. Just like the time before it was so clean, well kept and nice. It is a great location with so much to do and see in the are and the house fit 8 of us no problem at all. The backyard is a major plus too with the grille and outdoor seating area. Would love to stay again in the future as it truly is a perfect home

A Very clean home away from home.
This place was very clean and had everything needed to feel comfortable while away from home. We used just about everything provided! We went shopping and was able to cook all our meals in this very well equipped kitchen! ( FYI: there was no ice cream scoop :) Loved the bikes. I just wish we new where to use the canoe on the pond across the road. The instructions for the house where very clear and I liked the tablet was very useful.

The place was fantastic, clean, bright, spacious and fully stocked with anything that you think you might need.
Communication with Turnkey was fast and efficient.
House is located walking distance to main shops, across form a small pond and around the corner from a bigger one. Nice area to walk, jog or ride bikes. We took out the canoe and enjoyed a nice fishing trip.

We just returned from a stay at this house. There were 7 of us and the layout was perfect. Love the kitchen, bathrooms and updated decor. Decorated beautifully and had a nice little backyard with nice patio/ grill area. Very convenient to everything. The only suggestions I would make is to put mirrors in all of the bedrooms. Only the master suite had a dresser mirror. It made it difficult for 7 of us to get ready for anything when we only had the bathroom sink mirrors. In addition- the kitchen table could be bigger. House sleeps up to 12 but the kitchen table only has 4 chairs and two additional higher kitchen island chairs. Otherwise, loved everything about the house and would stay there again. Turnkey vacation properties was great to work with. We were there during the tornado and they were extremely responsive with any questions we had. Very professional!
