The property located close to the beach, stores, mini-golf, restaurants and more. The property was extremely clean and fully equipped. The fenced in backyard was private and also offered a wood and gas fire place, outdoor shower, cornhole and axe throwing. We would highly recommend this property and will def be back.

After 20 years of staying on the cape! This house is a jewel! I had driven past it many times over the years n’ finally had the opportunity to rent it and man was the wait ever worth it! The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is fully stocked with even more than I could have hoped for.. We had family in and out thru the week teens, young adults, lil cousins. The Ax throwing was a hit with all young n’ old! The outdoor shower was perfect for after beach days! Brenda n’ Mike were so helpful with anything I needed. We loved it so much it is our new GO to spot!! ❤️

We recently stayed at this property for a family New Years weekend. The home is spacious and very clean. The home is also set up perfectly with two bedrooms and a bathroom in one area and another two bedrooms and bathroom in another. As we stayed in the winter we really did not seasonally enjoy the backyard, however the backyard has an outdoor shower, is very spacious and private with an outdoor shower . The owner was very assessable during our whole stay. We would recommend and absolutely stay here again.

The stay was great. The property owners were very easy to contact and helpful. The house itself was great and the backyard is an amazing space, especially with two little kids. Totally fenced in, tons of space, and lots of outdoor games. The outdoor shower is easily the nicest we've ever had in the cape and was great for post beach trips. Kitchen was fantastic, fire pit very nice, bedrooms were good. Nice open concept and very close to beach and everything in Yarmouth that you want to get to. Will definitely be renting this property again!

This is the third time that our family (ranging in age from 15 months to adult) has rented Brenda's home and each time we have not been disappointed. Recent updates to the kitchen added additional storage and counter space. An additional full size refrigerator was very helpful for food and drinks! The fenced in yard is especially helpful for the little ones. Highly recommend this rental.

The most impressive rental property I've ever stayed in
My family, consisting of myself, wife, mother, step-father, mother-in-law, and 2 young kids were absolutely blown away from our week-long stay at "Pappy's Place".
- Spotless cleaning
- Immaculate landscaping (the backyard was such a hit with the kids)
- Wonderful decor
- Comfortable furniture and beds
- Quaint and quiet neighborhood
- Short proximity to an outstanding beach
- Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment galore within walking distance
- And lastly, which was the biggest seller of all, you WILL NOT find a property with more amenities than Pappy's Place. From kitchen and cleaning supplies, to games (indoor/outdoor), beach gear, and even propane/fire wood, they have EVERYTHING.
Thank you to Brenda and Michael! We won't look further than Pappy's Place when we return to The Cape!

Clean and modern
We stayed here for a few nights in June and were very comfortable. The appliances and furniture appeared recently updated and the house was very clean. The owners communicated well through text and were accommodating to our requests. The house is a short walk to the beach and has a nice backyards space so we spent a lot of time outdoors. I would stay here again.

Unbelievable!
This is the best VRBO house any of us have ever stayed at. It had everything we could have possibly needed from usb hubs in every room to any and all kitchen accessories. The decorating of the entire house was first class. The location is perfect and close to everything. We highly recommend!!

The back yard has high, private fencing which was perfect for our 3 high energy kids to release some energy and allowed us to relax without having to worry about them escaping through gates. You have two options to light a cozy fire to enjoy your drinks at, electric and natural (did I mention fire wood is included?!). Enjoy a huge outdoor shower (one of my favorite features) after the beach with incredible water pressure and handheld sprayer. On the interior, you will be amazed by the attention to remodeling detail as the house is completely updated and beautifully decorated with a Cape theme that is just stunning. The owner was just a text away when we had any trivial question and was fantastic to work with. Being a habitual renter, I can not compliment this stay enough. If we ever plan to revisit Yarmouth, we will without a doubt rent again. Thank you!!

Perfect rental for two families (4 adults & 4 children)
We really enjoyed our week in this home! It is in a great location; not far from the beach, with a nice walk through the neighborhood to get there. Also, there are plenty of dining options and activities right up the street on Route 28. Brenda, the homeowner, was very attentive and available to answer any questions throughout our stay; the book she put together for guests was very informative and provided great suggestions for area attractions. The newly renovated kitchen was beautiful and provided plenty of space for all of our supplies. The four bedrooms were a perfect size for 4 adults and 4 children; glad we had the use of a rollaway bed as well.
We used both firepits, and there was plenty of wood for us to use. The kids used the lawn games and had a great time in the backyard. It was nice having a wash and dryer available which we used as well. Overall, we had a great experience with the home and the homeowner, Brenda. We would definitely stay here again! Thank You!!!

great vacation spot
This was our second trip to this property and we were as satisfied this time as our first visit! The fenced in yard provided all of us with activities to entertain all. A small pool for the young ones as well as plenty of room to run and crawl. Cornhole game, a fire pit, and a table large enough to fit us all for meals wer3e perfect for the adults. A great location close to the beach was also very convenient. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful house
This house is an absolutely beautiful home, and it’s got everything you need ! Clean, beautifully decorated with such a warm Cape Cod vibe, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves every moment. Brenda made sure we had everything we needed for our family girls weekend, and let us know about things that were going on at the time of our stay! The house is very close to the main road, so it’s very easy to get around. We highly recommend this beautiful house! The bedrooms are so charming, and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. We went in November, so we really didn’t need any beach accessories, but the house has everything needed if you were to go during the summer months. I can’t say enough about this house. Loved everything about it! Thank you! Karen L

Amazing house close to the beach!
Our family has rented many houses in different states, and this one ranks as one of the best! It was immaculate, well decorated, and equipped with everything you might need for a vacation at the cape (2 fire pits, outdoor shower, plenty of kitchen supplies, awesome backyard with yard games!, lots of board games, etc). My young children and I were able to walk/scooter to the beach (about 10-15 minutes away to Parker’s River Beach), which had a playground and calm water for kids to play. There is also mini golf right down the street and Whydah pirate museum 5 minutes down the road. The location of the house was excellent for visiting other towns and beaches as well- we made a trip to Coast Guard Beach one day and Chatham another for a seal watching tour, both of which were only a half hour away. Restaurants in the area were great as well, with lots of options! Brenda was a wonderful host, checking in with me periodically throughout the weekend to see how things were going or if I had any questions. Layout of the house worked well for our family, which included my husband, myself, 3 young kids and husband’s parents. Highly recommend this house to anyone who’s looking for a beautiful home close to many Cape Attractions! My kids loved it so much they’re asking if we can live here! We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful Home, would recommend and go back!
We had a wonderful time at this home. Everything we needed was there and super accessible. The backyard is AMAZING, and is the living space. We were five adults and all very comfortable. Despite the two indoor showers, several of us took advantage of the fresh air showers by taking showers in the backyard. There were board games, and every kind of kitchen supply you could need (for grilling, baking, and cooking)! Brenda was super communicative and I felt was accessible at any time I could need her, and she checked in to make sure we were all good.
The only issue was that a few of the dishes in the cabinets were still dirty. Would recommend a full cleaning of all dishes then additional communications for the turnover service so that one party prepares for the next. The guidance provided was to simply be out, but nothing about what to do other than lock the door.

This place was awesome for our stay! We had a group for a wedding and loved being all together in this house. Very clean, comfortable, and we LOVED the backyard. Paradise!
