This is a 2bedroom 1bathroom apartment, with everything necessary. The room is spacious with 2 king size beds. Kitchen and bathroom are very clean. The only drawback is the noise of air conditioner.

My three adult children and myself came to ST Louis for a family wedding - the condo was a mile from the wedding and extremely easy access to the metro link which we used throughout the weekend ! The ac worked great and the beds are very comfortable! The pictures are exactly what the condo looks like and it was VERY clean! Questions were answered quickly and very nice to speak too!!

We stayed here and the place is a little different then we are used to. We usually stay in a more modern and updated home or hotel however, for the price and the location this was a good stay. It does state in the description that it is a 100 year old home. I didn’t notice that until after we were there, but the host was very accommodating and friendly and checked on us several times. Parking wasn’t an issue and the location was close to everything you needed to access. I do wish there was other televisions in the bedrooms and possibly a place to sit outside, but we enjoyed the stay.

Although a bit cozy for 6 people and the couch bed is pretty awful, if you only had 2-4 people, it’s a very nice place to stay. Very convenient to tourist attractions and food. We enjoyed our stay.

The neighborhood included 3 story brick apartment buildings with families walking their dogs and plenty of parking. We felt safe going for a walk and parking our car along the street. Check in was super simple and the gated parking available after check in made getting in and out easy. We had everything we needed even some bonus items like fans and extra sheets/blankets. Communication was great! We’d definitely stay again.

This property was not clean. We had to pick other people's hair off the sheets. At 18 hairs, my husband stopped counting. Let's just say that we didn't get much sleep when we didn't want to crawl into bed. The manager replaced the sheets on both beds the next day but claimed they had been washed. In addition, the floors were filthy. Our socks got dirty walking around on the wood floors and we had grit on the bottom of our feet if we ever walked around barefoot. I actually stepped on a big clump of tile grout that had broken loose in the middle of the bathroom floor. There's no way a clump the size of a small grape would have been there if that floor had been swept. There was also a metal spring sticking out of the back of one of the living room chairs that I grazed my leg on when we pulled the chair out for better TV viewing. This is definitely not a property I would consider again and do NOT recommend it.

I took my teenage boy for his bday to tour the MLB stadium. He brought a friend and the stay was wonderful! The house was clean and I loved all the windows. We had hot showers and good coffee available. I felt safe with the gated parking too. Definitely be back!

Check in process was seamless. Has parking but we didn’t even need it - easy parking on the street. Place is older, but overall very clean and owner very responsive. Lots of nice amenities like coffee, basic utensils and guidebook. King bed is soft and comfortable. Lovely front room with queen bed and lots of windows - note that it is a thin divider between that room and living room.

We had a great stay! We enjoyed the proximity to Forrest park and all it has to offer, as well as the many restaurants near by. The suite is small but fit our family of 5 (with three young kids) plus my mom without a problem. I would definitely stay here again.

The experience was easy and close to everything. There was some noise in the hallway but not as much as a hotel. The neighborhood was quiet and nice.
