We are on a level lot with plenty of room for lawn games and easy access to the water. This is a small neighborhood. The majority of residents live here year round. This makes for excellent skiing, wake boarding, or tubing. We are also just a short boat ride from the famous Sam's Pizza, Bubba's Brews, Fisherman's Warf and the Back Porch Grill on the lake. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this house. The lake, dock, paddle board, and kayaks are for your use. Use them and swim at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur while using these items. This house is on Lake Hamilton. Entergy drains Lake Hamilton every year for shoreline maintenance and general Lake Health. That means that from mid-November to mid-March there is no water under the dock. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. The person renting the unit must be the person staying in the unit. A guest list with names and ages and number of vehicles must be provided. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am A minimum charge of $200 per animal will be paid by the guest, if an animal is brought into the unit without prior permission from the host.
