I rented this property primarily due to its location. It was a quick run down the hill to the downtown area and Ruston Way, or a very short walk to 6th Street with lots of nightlife. Very clean house and responsive owner. No issues, no complaints.

Cleanliness issues were solved quickly and smoothly once we got ahold of the host who provided all the supplies we needed to touch up clean some areas. Host had all missing necessities delivered within an hour if not less which is impressively fast. Host even refunded $50 of cleaning fee to make it up to us for having to clean on our vacation. That was very considerate and thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again and would love to check out host's other properties if we ever go that way in the future. We trust and appreciate this host!

Wonderful old home with all the right upgrades. Kitchen was fantastic with lots of room, couches were comfortable, everyone had a bed to sleep in. Wish we could have stayed longer than just one night! Thanks for hosting me and the people I love.

Easy access to get anywhere, nicely remodeled, big fenced back yard, attentive property managers. What more could you ask for? Love the big porches, and wide open layout. Yard perfect for my pup to play in the snow! Will stay again.

We went to a show in Tacoma, and this location was perfect. The house looks remodeled with a very modern design, and the rainfall shower head is awesome. The king-sized bed and down pillows were so comfortable! The individual A/C units kept the home warm. We brought our dog who loved laying down on the porch and in the completely fenced backyard. There are also plenty of sidewalks and Wright Park nearby to exercise your pup(s). Carla was so helpful and responsive, and the check-in/out process was easy. We did not use the kitchen, but it seemed to have everything we would have needed to cook any meals. I definitely recommend staying here, and we would want to stay here again!
