About this house rental
If you’re looking for a quaint, comfy space right in town this is it! Great for girl’s weekend to visit family and enjoy local shops. Our favorite shop is *Farm Girl Flowers & More* located on the Marshall Square. The duck hunters heading to Grand Pass Conservation area have plenty of room to park the truck and boat in driveway or directly in front of house in street. Fitzgibbon Hospital and Saline County Fair Grounds are a 4 min. drive. Enjoy a casual drive to the Lyceum Theater in Arrow Rock. Missouri Valley College families are welcome perfect place to stay while in town for games or spending time with your Viking. Family pet fee of $100.

Coming in town for wedding and needed a place to stay. Found this listing as pet friendly. Listing at time did not have any information on pet fee but after communicating with the host, I found there was a fee. Host has since updated listing to include the fee. (Thank you!). Place was easy to find, great location, lots of free parking. Place was clean and we found lots of little details that helped make you feel at home. We appreciated the nice toilet paper found in the bathroom. Will be staying again when we come to visit the newly weds. Thanks

This is a tranquil home in a convenient location, pristinely clean and nicely appointed. It is an enormous blessing for it to be pet friendly, but those without pets will find that it shows no signs of anyone ever having pets in the house. It is comfortably furnished and the special touches are warm and inviting. We hope we’ll have the privilege of staying there again when we next pass through Marshall as a way of seeing family in the area.
