Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Communication, check in and check out was easy and outstanding! There’s been updates of furniture in living room, dining room, and one of the bedrooms. There was plenty of room to sleep, and seating during meals. There is construction currently but it was not disruptive to our stay. The pool area was nice too. The drive on beach was only a 5 min drive away. We all loved it and are excited to go back!

This place was big enough for 10 people to comfortably coexist for a week. Tons of towels and cookware. Home away from home. The interior does need a little bit TLC. New paint and probably a new couch.

Was very clean. As described. Worked well for our group. Only downfall no coffee!!! Nothing extra if you want to cook. Barely adequate kitchen supplies. But there is no coffee! Have never been to an AirBNB that didn’t have at least coffee for your first morning.

It was so great for my whole family. My uncle needed a walk-in shower and there was a ton of accessibility for him on the first floor. Great space so that my whole family could be together and enjoy Thanksgiving. Added bonus what is the gate from the development the lead right to one of the most awesome restaurants sandwich shop right there on the other side. I also got my hair done and there’s nails and other stuff just walking distance. Great location it’s always nice to be on the island. Thank you for a wonderful time. I would recommend.

The place was great! Very comfortable and clean, we were a family of 13 and it accommodated everyone comfortably. The only issue we had was a leak in the shower pan that was an inconvenience of having to use majority of our towels to soak up the water. At the end of our stay, the host refunded me a day from our vacation. The unit has everything you need and only a 3 minute drive from white cap beach. The host was helpful from the start, definitely recommended for a mini vacation.

Was a very good spacious place for my family and I. Ran into a couple small hiccups at first but owners were very prompt in getting them resolved. House was very structurally sound, we could hear anybody that was upstairs during the night. Would definitely stay here again
